  1. Ran in for a quick check tonight (after going to ON to use $50 off $100 coupon) and there was nothing... I literally walked out with 2 things: Lucky Charms cereal (end cap with red tag for like 30% off) and picked up one last kids book - 75% (it was the Disney musical game one about a Doggie character.)
  2. Thank You!!! I'm off to purchase (still have like 3 hrs. or so, talk about procrastinating)
  3. I have vs cc (does that help?) Any other codes will do too. I've seen some free panty codes but can't figure out which panties qualify so if someone could clarify that for me that would be awesome too!!!
  4. If anyone has or knows of any free shipping codes for Victoria Secret (no minimum) PLEASE let me know. Or any other codes?? (I'm trying to use my Feb B-Day $10 off code and I have found another $10 off code (no min. and no restrictions) so I'm looking for the 3rd code to make the deal sweeter.) Thank You!!! P.S. I Need it ASAP as my B-Day code exp. Today (2/28)
  5. Use this code for free shipping no minimum: fall08lookbook
  6. Thanks! I just tried dd's 8/9 crocs from last summer on both of my kids and were able to figure out the sizing. So I ended up ordering Blue/Lime 6/7 for ds1 (he wears 7) and Pink/Perl 10/11 for dd3 (she wears 9) (both Disney cayman.) I remmember we had a similar scenario last year when dd's shoes were a bit bigger in the beginning but then she was able to wear hers longer..
  7. So C stands for children and J for junior??
  8. Can someone explain to me how their sizing for shoes works for kids. Because I see it would say boy/girl on certain pairs of shoes and then they have the same shoes that say Infants. The sizes under both have M at the end which I assume just stands for Medium. So I have a toddler and a preschooler neither of whom have moved to older kids sizes. DS1 wears 7 and DD3 wears 10 so I would be looking at Infant shoes then?? (I have to say it drives me completely insane whoever chose to use the same shoe sizing for little kids and older kids - why couldn't the sizes just keep going up...)
  9. Thanks! I guess I never thought of it that way because we don't have matching bedding. We just buy sheet sets and have down comforters for winter (which we put away when it gets warmer) and use heavy fuzzy blankets in the summer. I'm planning to do the same thing for the kids since I already bought them matching sheet sets and quilts for summer but am looking for these heavy (down or down-alternative) comforters to use in the winter.
  10. I thought the schedule would be diff. for winter/summer kinds of stuff. But you're saying they just keep selling the same time of bedding all year around no matter the season? (Sorry for so many posts..I guess I just keep reading them sequentially)
  11. Hmm. I didn't see the princess and I kept looking in that isle. I did see all of the speed racer stuff (including party stuff) and I guess the spiderman 3 stuff has been clearancing out since I got the comforter and the ride-on at 75%. I guess I'll keep looking (it just that these comforters in particular can only be used in winter so I was thinking comes March it will be silly to still see them there..but maybe that's not how it works..)
  12. We still have them here at full price. I'm thinking these will not stay around comes summer time so they have to clearance them out right? Or do they just pull them off the shelves and put back in warehouse until next Winter?? This is my 1st yr. shopping Target clearance so I'm really interested to find out how that works..
  13. Is this for older kids? I want to find a sled for kids for next winter so we can have some fun in the snow but I have yet to understand exactly what I'm looking for. (I grew up with lots of snow that stayed on the ground all winter long so I remember having lots of fun having a sled (the kind you can pull along by the rope) but that was a diff. place and a diff. time so I'm not sure what kids use here...)
  14. What are the age requirements for this one? I already got ds1 2 m/hr batman ride-on for outside would have preferred something like this for dd3 (will be 4 in summer) Does it go automatically and if so how fast? Thanks!
  15. Those character comforters they have in kids bedding section (part. girl's ones: Tinker, Princess, Hello Kitty) will these be clearanced soon?? Anyone remembers from prev. yrs? I was lucky to find one on end cap about a month ago for ds with SpiderMan 3 reversable for $7.98 (75%) - never even saw it before at lower % but I really need 1 for DD for next winter. Also, anyone ever seen spice racks/spices go on clearance?
  16. You have nothing to loose so I would keep trying diff. registers until you find one that asks you to name the price and just use him in the future. Also you never know about the mgrs. since I have 1 Target here I like to go to but 2 tmes in a row they tried to sell INF things to me full price (1st cashier asked the mgr. and she said no way, no how rudely so I just avoid the two of them like the plague now.) But 3rd time I found 2 things - 1 INF & 1 Care Bears V-Day DVD scanned full price and a diff. mgr happened to come over to chat with my register person while I was standing in line so I thought I was screwed but she was actually real nice and just told the cashier 75% prices for both things. (Also just my two cents but I think the more people call the more Target will realize there's an issue and decide to deal with it in a unified, official way. So since we've verified this is what their policy is I hope no one else calls..imho)
  17. Target discounts some of their books just like it does everything else. So they 1st go to 30%, then 50% and eventually make it to 75%. They just did a round of discounts last Thu. (most stores, though I did see one of my Targets still had them at 50% so this Thu. will be the day they get discounted to 75%) going to 75% but it did appear that a lot of the books on clearance were sticker books and musical books and such. I picked up Barbie with papper dolls and papper clothes, Barbie stickers book, Dr. Seuss stickers book, Musical TinkerBell, Musicall Wall-E and Lion King (for tag like system we have) for $2 a piece.. You would have to follow the Target perimeter perusing thread to find out about these clearance sales but if you already shop at Target I would suggest you keep an eye on that area (they often move these clearance books to the end of an isle in the book section and/or electronics section as well as leave a lot of them in the regular isle.)
  18. Can I enroll my child or grandchild? Yes you can register your child or grandchild online! Follow these steps: 1. Go to www.imaginationlibrary.com 2. Choose your country and settings 3. Then choose “First Time Users” 4. Then choose " I Want to enroll my child" Below that, click the grey rock that says "GO" 4. Accept the terms and follows the on screen steps I just did it for dd3 (very easy) and it said something about reviewing my information and they will get back to me, so we'll see. If it works I will enroll ds1 as well (since I had to choose gender so hopefully books will be diff. and geared towards gender..) ***Sure hope they keep their databases save though.. I always hate putting my kids info anywhere...
  19. Can I ask which lego set? There're some bikes being clearanced at Target (I saw one for a boy about 3 yrs. old, some hawaiian theme one for a teenager girl and some Schwinn and some other brand for women and men) maybe worth checking out...
  20. **Thanks!! They were doing extra 50% on clearance items a month or so ago so I got everything for the kids that I wanted for next Winter. Can't imagine they got any new stuff in before then and now so must be what was left over??
  21. Personally, I've had nothing but bad luck with young guys cashiers (either they don't know and immediately call for backup and/or ask other cashiers around them or they know and follow everything by the book.) My technique is to look for a cashier with the kindess face. I've personally had good luck with chunkier women and men in their 40's/50's or older..imho.
  22. Sorry, I think I should have mentioned they are selling them at full price same as the non-Christmas ones (or whatever the Big Lots price is) that's why I was so surprised. I did however noticed they have these huge Easter Baskets full of chocolate and some plastic car toy which I thought was a great deal only at $5 or so.
  23. I thought I'd update my own post in case anyone else is looking for these, but we found some tonight at Big Lots. They are not Brand name but we put one up in our basement and it looks pretty good. It's 72-Inch Five-Shelf Shelving Unit and it was $40 plus we used the 20% coupon.
