The prices are industry regulated so theyre all the same price everywhere. Id go through the sunday ads. most places will give you something free with purchase at some point in time. Best buy, Toys r us, circuit city, and occasionally walmart are the places that offer stuff.

gosh guys... thats way too much. my gamestops always prices them wrong. ive seen them used for 14.99 (last week) and 17.99 around when the wii came out. Our TRU is so terrible in its video game section that it still has some at their original price of 34.99.

so far rock band is available for ps2, ps3 and xbox 360.

there seems to be some difference between the 360 and ps3 versions as far as compatibility goes. and also the guitar with work with x game but not y game. i forget whether x is rockband or guitar hero. i think its rockband. either way you need to get the big box of stuff.

This is the best game ever. It is really worth it. DH and his friends and i play it all the time. If you break it down by the cost of the instruments its a really good deal. DH HAD to have drums and theyre going to be 80 and the disc itself is $60 so that is $140 and we paid $150 for the whole box at sams club. so essentailly we got another guitar and mic for $10. I dont know if it works with guitar hero or not yet but to me that possibility is worth it.

when you call to cancel they will usually give you a better deal if that is the reason you are canceling. Sprint has this Sero thing thats a really good deal at $30 but i wouldnt switch to sprint. Ive always had tmobile and theyre pretty awesome. i use the internet on my phone and often connect it to my laptop and use the internet from my cell phone and tmobile has the best rates for that. Id really recommend talking to their cancellations department. it doesnt have to be a final call.

the blu rays have been delayed. they will eventually send you a postcard and ask you if you want to cancel. uhh... theyre free crazies. i sent mine in for the HDs back in September or so and havent received them yet. theres a number you can call and ask (the HDs and blu rays are having the same problem) about the status. mine are supposed to be here some time in january. so call them. youll at least know that they got your submission and are processing it.

Open Office (openoffice.org) is free and is compatible with microsoft office. it opens the files and saves them in that format. I use it on my computer that i didnt want to put office on (im lazy and didnt want to put in the cd drive) and they work great together. Its free and worth a shot.
