As for the soap, I'd order it THEN call..that way if its what you think (9bars) they cannot quickly change the price If its NOT what you think...they can cancel it due to bad wording on their part. Honestly Amazon has never failed me, if I was upset they refund me, sometimes even allowing me to keep the items. But it probally depends on who you get and how friendly they are feeling
