The Kmart pensions have just been sold to MetLife (previously they were through Sears Holdings). I have a feeling this is yet another sign that the end is very near for Sears/Kmart.

I can't put a Yule Tree up because the one cat eats it. I have tried everything to make her stop and nothing works, so I just forgo that tradition.

I think ACE has a similar extension cord, but it's only 6 ft for the candy cane cord lovers.

I was wondering about this too. I got a TV last year too...showed up at 4 am and there was nobody there. The lady at electronics wouldn't let me check out until 7 even tho they were ringing up the sale price.

I go through a pail a month, but we have 4 cats and they all insist on using one box (it gets scooped 4-5 times per day). I, too, don't like the lack of a surprise gift card/coupon, but I don't have a Meijer near me and I like to shop for little once a year! lol
