ok is it brand name stuff, or thier lines??

Does anyone have one of these stores near them?? Looks like there will be one opening in a area that we usually BF shop and I am curious about them.......any good deals?? what kind of items do they usually carry??

ok maybe i am a bit confused but around here i am pretty sure that ace and true value hardware are the same store???

like the dirt devil steam mop for 39, got a shark last year and it was a piece of crap, love having a steam mop though so i need a new one

our walmart has these sitting out by the checkouts in special display boxes (almost look like black friday displays). I think they are 12.xx a piece, cute but small

whilie i am dreaming that walmart will do a secret saturday sale with the wii this year and maybe a $100 gc.......you can pick up a refubished one from gamestop for around 140 which is what i may do.

i am thinking it will be dark kiss....but i could be wrong i know it is usually not a holiday themed scent.

i was really excited with thier ad last year until i went to the store about a week before BF and was able to pick up most of the stuff in the ad that i wanted at the same or better price.......with that in mind i would not waste precious bf time on them just pick up what you want before the sale.

I will 2nd this one, last year for christmas i got my husband a camo jacket (heavy enough for winter here), pants, t-shirt, cap, gloves and boots all for a little over a 100 from the bargin cave......the hardest part is matching your camo so make sure you have some time to play around on the site

the main reason they got rid of layaway was to promote thier credit cards, "why layaway when you can open a credit card and get your items imediatly?" was thier slogan for a while, unfortionatly they did not think this through and only saw all the interest they would make, but reality is most people that must use layaway do not have the credit rating to qualify for the cards and those of us that choose to use layaway are too smart to get trapped into the interest web.

well the question is what can you do without hurting your budget or creating debt, if you are doing either of these too then it is too much........my kids get way too much every year too and we are happy to be able to do this finacially..........what we do is try to focus on things that will be used, clothing, pjs, movies, music and ask for those types of things from famliy then we get them the must have items from thier lists. that way they get alot but it is not useless purchases, if you are buying things that they loose interest in quickly then look for different things to buy, thing they can do or use instead of the latest toy that will wear out, everyone will proball be happier in the long run!

i think they do like most mall stores a certain percent off everything until 11am

they go down to a size 12, which while 12/14 is the average the media still promotes this as "plus-sized", I think it is so they can charge extra for extended sizing

you might try family video online, they usually run some pretty good specials and there used to be a coupone code for new customers if you have never bought there before

i think what everyone is trying to say, is that sears is a fine if you want to make that your first stop, but you will not need to camp overnight there unless things in your area are extreamly different than other areas........best buy and large box electronic stores are usually the ones you need to camp at.......i have gotten in line at sears at 4:30 for a 5am opening and been line 6th in line.

why do you feel the need to camp at sears???? you will be able to get everything you want there by lineing up an hour before open.........better yet try going on wendsday, they usually have their stuff out then.

i am in the same boat, i have seen some on lakesidecollections.com and cvs has a craig one for around 50.00, but i am not sure, been looking at some bundles on walmart.com. my kids are young and would be happy with something basic, just not sure if a deal is really a deal on these things.

yup if Target does this it will be 4am for walmart, yet another reason why they withold thier ad as long as possible, they can see what others are doing and make changes.

I love black friday for the same reason that hunters love to hunt, the rush of stalking your prey and successfully aquireing it and bringing it home.

i usually take about 1000.00 give or take in cash, but it does not all go in with me, i only take in what i need at each store and keep the rest locked up in the car until i need it........plus some is "held" by dh.

i just did my budget for this year today and it is about 200-500 over last year, so really close to the same because i can tweek it once i see some ads and put in some more realistic prices as i have them over inflated right now.

honestly you should be able to get ds games in that price range, especially on BF, but if not why not go the dvd and pjs route or a board game each or something similar??
