If you need summer infant/toddler clothes, check out the clearance racks soon. Ours have been signed at 30% forever, but suddenly today I found about 40 things that were marked down 75% off and bought almost all of them. Many are for my kids but some we are still sending to Haiti. Anyway, in case you want to look, the brands/styles I found at 75% off were: Circo boys shiny material basketball/soccer style shirts and shorts ($1.24) Circo creepers for girls - only saw gray ($1.24) Genuine Kids by Oshkosh - girls' seersucker jumpers, floral tops, T-shirts for boys and girls, capris and pants for girls - various prices Little Mr. And Little Miss t-shirts for both sexes ($1.xx) Pooh outfits, sweaters, mostly for newborns (75% off, prices varied) Shorts for girls, both solid cotton and patterned/tailored designs ($1.xx-$2.xx) Tank tops for girls - mostly pink floral ($1.xx) shorts for boys up to 5T - style looked just like swim trunks but turned out not to be ($1.24)

Thanks to the person who tipped me off - I FOUND those adorable Nemo look-alike rugs in dollar spot, and got a whale one too. I might go back and get the duck and frog too. They are just too cute. I think we might use them as floor mats, just for play time. We shall see. I saw a bunch of bottles of fruit drinks on clearance today, but not much else!

ahh - yes - I know what you must mean then, but our store doesn't have them (yet). We do have Nemo look-alike stuffed animals though, which my son begged for and I caved in and bought, only because he had an ear infection and I felt weak. I'll have to re-check next week to see if they got the rugs in!

I told someone the other day that there were no Nemo stickers in dollar spot, only Nemo tattoos, but I was wrong. I went there today to pick up an Rx for DS3 and lo and behold, most of what I got last week was gone and they had out new Nemo stuff, inlcuding crayons, 2-pack of ice packs, puffy vinyl stickers, and books of regular stickers - 4 large sheets per book (great for favors to split out by sheet). So of course I HAD to buy more. I really hope I can catch at least some of this on clearance at some point, but we shall see. :)

agreed, they had Nemo tattoo sheets but not stickers. Was it the Nemo and Ariel dollar spot (black dot) that was 50% off? tia!

wow! awesome deal but I'm so sorry they made you feel like that! I really think you should lodge a complaint to corporate. Maybe I am just lucky with my Target - a few of the cashiers can be a little on the "no personality" side sometimes, but never ever have they been rude or made me feel weird about coupons - when I make my big 10% off shopping sprees, I use a LOT of them!! If anything, I think they must be trained at my store to just quickly override the beeps on the coupons and punch in the amount because they do this without as much as a blink (though I always do have those items in the cart...) In this economy, and with other discount stores struggling, Target really needs to know when their best customers are being treated like common criminals for what is a perfectly legitimate activity! I suppose if a certain store got enough complaints to corporate there is a chance they would yank that store's manager or at least send them back to training...

I'm glad to hear this as maybe it means I still have time to get some more of each item, and maybe even on sale at some point. :) Of course my store cleared out that green and blue $2.50 safari stuff way earlier than others reported so it is also possible I found these too late and they won't re-stock...we shall see! In any case, as far as favors go, I still have 4 huge bags of that wooden toy dollar spot stuff that I got way back during the $.25 frenzy! :)

Did you get some Nemo stuff today? I hope so since your party is so soon! - our party isn't for 2 months. :) This is what our store had in Nemo dollar spot, but they also had coordinating (similar) items in the Ariel (Little Mermaid) design: water bottles (super cute) snack bowls with flip up lid (also super cute) tattoos marker/coloring sets write on wipe off board sets metal pencil cases packs of Nemo zipper bags - 10 sandwich size and 10 snack size - (good deal to me even not on clearance) something else I can't remember!

Tonight after fixing the kids' frozen meals (yes it was one of those nights!) I tried to fix tired Mom here her own meal and wouldn't you know it, our 2 year old microwave starting spewing and smoking underneath and basically getting ready to explode before my eyes - not a food or container issue, either. We have absolutely no luck with microwaves. So off I went to Target to bite the bullet and buy a new one, wishing so badly I had snagged that clearance one you all posted about a few months ago! Anyway while there my son spotted some really cute Nemo stuff in the dollar spot (black dot). There wasn't a whole lot left and while it nearly killed me to pay full price I bought a bunch for his Nemo b-day party and will return and re-buy if it goes any lower. He is literally obsessed with Nemo right now and these would be so perfect for his party! But it will be a rather large one at one of those bounce house places so I need a lot of favors and $1 per item times several items each is hard to swallow. So if anyone notices those black dot items going on clearance I would be so grateful if you posted about it!! They also had similar Ariel items but I didn't get any of those... :)

Hi everyone! I feel so "lonely" not being on here as constantly as I was back during our last clearance hey day! :) But this slow period too, shall pass. I nearly did a double take today - I FINALLY found one and only 1 pack of MM fruit punch for $.69! Definitely did the happy dance since I never ever thought they'd show up at our store. Later I went to the cafe as always with my kids and the fridge there where they sell the individual MM boxes was broken and empty, so I am suspicious that that may have something to do with why these ended up on the shelf instead. In any case I actually NEEDED juice boxes in quantity today for my son's preschool snack, so hooray! :)

wow - I am really surprised they were so strict with it - they don't even blink an eye at my store as long as you are buying some toys. I have always gone over $25 anyway but why didn't they include your Color Wonder sets as toys -technically I guess they are "crafts" but it seems they could have at least done that as a courtesy.

I did the same - I have done this several times with no issues. It's silly for them to do this since it costs them more for shipping! In store they sometimes let you use multiple coupons too...

went back to Target for trip #2 today, since I had my 10% off card and couldn't get much earlier with two little ones in tow. I found several groovy girls stuffed talking ponies for 75% off ($6.xx) as well as a bunch of giant (64 load) Target Baby laundry detergent on clearance for $6.xx. I got as many as would fit in my cart - we go through this stuff like water! :) I also got DS5 some plaid shorts that I was surprised to find on the clearance rack with cooler weather stuff - I think they came to about $4.xx each. Used another $5 toy coupon!

Our store had lots of toy clearance today and I remembered to use my $5 coupon - yay! I got the Elmo Aquadoodle, the Barbie girls MP3 accessory set, and a Bratz Boy (I hate bratz but the boy is cute not skanky and looks just like my son) for 75% off, and then they also had a bunch of toys still at 50% off. At 50% off (I scanned them all to be sure) they had: matchbox collector's box with cars inside lots of Barbie sets A fold-up doll pack-n-play Mickey Mouse Clubhouse plush the Fisher-Price Bounce and Spin Zebra! My daughter has the zebra and absolutely loves it so I'd like to get one for a gift, but it is at $22 now so I'll wait til it (hopefully) goes to 75% - they had a ton at my store...

Has anyone received their personalized frames yet? I ordered 8 back in March and when I called the other day all they could tell me is that they are still at the manufacturer and to call again in 2 weeks. I ws not thrilled that she didn't have a clue, and I'm just hoping they won't end up cancelled since they were all Mother's Day gifts. Just wondering if anyone else got theirs! thanks!

thanks! this is exactly what I needed, in red too! I know it says not to use outdoors except under cover but for this price it is worth taking the chance - I figure I could always coat it with some outdoor paint. Now I just have to hope it isn't too big for my tiny porch! :)

Hi! I'm the one with the Target that months ago discontinued the $1 popcorn combo and now it is $2. Supposedly we were a test market so I am sorry to hear that the inflation has spread! Yes, I have the Target Visa and have used both the 10% off instore coupon as well as the online 10% off code that they send you. You most certainly can use both in the same month. Like someone else said, just make sure you save the mailer that has the card in it - the code is on there along with its expiration date... I got a bunch of 40 watt skinny base bulbs today - 4 in a pack for $1.44. That's about it for clearance deals. I also noticed that at our dollar spot, the monkey/animal room decor is completely gone and has been replaced by some luau stuff, which is nothing special, IMO.

just got back from Target and got about 9 more Princess and St. Patty's day shirts from the big girls section for $1.25. I also noticed that a bunch of nice bathroom stuff was 75% off - I saw fabric shower curtains, towel racks and some rugs. Also picked up one of those Little Tikes Turtle playdough sets for 75% off - I had two but couldn't find my toy coupon in my messy purse so put one back.

That is TOO funny!!! Maybe they are hoping if customers buy them, in 9 months or so they'll increase their sales in the baby department, lol.
