Just discovered that the code does work on some of the smaller Furreal pets, but not the bigger ones like Butterscotch or Biscuit. The rollover pup is new this year and it works on him... :)

I was wondering if the free shipping code would be out again this year. According to my saved emails, they had one of those out the first week of October last year...

Thanks! I hadn't seen that site yet. I am still debating it! I showed DS pics of all 3 of the hot dino toys this year - D-Rex, Spike the Ultradinosaur, and Kota, and he seems to lean towards the smaller ones that move more, but they are also quite expensive and I can't help think that if I'm going to spend that much anyway, why not get Kota, which is something really special that he doesn't have anything like already... hmmmm, what to do! Probably I shouldn't spend any money on toys this year at all, but of course I will!

yes. usually the best they have for non card holders is 10% and no free shipping. I highly recommend getting the card if you can swing it. It has been the best thing to be able to get the discounts and free shipping all the time! On the online hot deals kohl's coupon thread you can almost always find the latest and best codes if you have the card and need them...

The last time I checked, kohls.com had the Step2 Diner, with no shipping surcharge, and if you wait til 10/1 and can apply the 30% off and free shipping codes (if you have their credit card) it comes out to a really nice deal! I already got Biscuit Furreal for my kids for Christmas (it is only $150 at bjs and bjs.com) and I took it out of the box last night. It is HUGE and SO adorable and realistic looking without even putting in the batteries! They are going to love it. :)

Welcome to all the new posters! :) :) This won't really help anyone since it was one of those random red-and-white-striped internet returns, but I got a Gotz 19" doll set ("Sarah - Spa") for $29.xx. It said the regular price was $50 but if you go online, $50 is actually the sale price and the regular price is much higher. It is a really well made doll so I was happy! It totally rang up NIF, but the nice cashier just punched it in manually as "merchandise" using the tagged clearance price.

As an aside, I wanted to note that I just went to BJs and they do carry that Biscuit Furreal dog for $150 in store, which saves you the $10 shipping from bjs.com. You can get a one day guest pass if you are not a member. Everywhere else I have looked Biscuit is about $20-30 more...

I got mine online by signing up at wiialerts dot com. I did have to buy a bundle at toysrus.com, but then I was able to return the things I didn't want in-store for TRU store credit. I still subscribe to wiialerts and wii fits show up almost every day... I LOVE my Wii Fit! As a matter of fact I am about to go do my work out right now while the little one naps! :)

I second the opinion about Wii Fit! I got the entire system just so I could get Wii Fit, and it has been worth every penny! I look forward to using it, and DO use it almost every night and I have never managed to fit in exercise this easily (or even at all!) before... Surprisingly, my young kids also love it and try to do it along with me, right down to my 18 month old saying "up, down, up, down" as she does the jackknife challenge with me! Now I just want them to come out with Wii Fit II so I can have some new exercises to try. :)

Hi Afrey66! I almost didn't recognize you at first outside of Perimeter Perusing and with a new avatar! :) I hope you get Biscuit! I figured if I got it I could get some of the Biscuit early reader series books to go along with it. I don't think the dog was named after the book character but they sure do look similar enough! Great tip about hasbro website!!

I did see those - really cool! They are smaller than Kota and so are the new "D-rex" toys - check them out. All 3 are so neat!

I don't know...I'm afraid of waiting for fear this might end up as one of those "hot" toys. Then again, I'm not sure how many people have room for it, lol! I was hoping that bjs.com might have a good deal on it like they do with the Furreal dog Biscuit (also supposed to be one of this year's "hot" toys) but they don't carry it at all..
