I was lucky, they had the desktops towards the front and that were I was stationed. But 2 of my friends were back there for the laptops, mp3s and camera. One friend thought about getting my daughter to hang out there while she went for something else. Then decided better against it. :) The line was crazy! It was past electronic and sporting goods and heading up towards toys.

Mostly gold and silver. (With a few of my favorite ornaments thrown in) We did try out ribbon instead of garland this year and I think I like it better. It's something differant.

OOOOOO.. I like that Smartpot one. I may have to take my $15 one back to WM and get that one.

I bought this one too. I agree, it may not be the best, but I like it. I have already killed the batteries that it came with (did that in 1 day playing with my new toy.) But it's alot better than the other HP that I have. <<<<<<<<I should have gotten closer to my dog so ya'll can make out the detail on his tongue.

My son goes to the $1 store and gets gifts for everyone. My daughter (15) now pays stuff like sleep pants, socks or small gift sets for grandparents, parents with her own $$$. They both loved doing the $1 Tree gifts because they could buy so many gifts for a little bit of money.

Walmart has a Duraband stainless steel with removable insert for $15. It's a pretty good size. I bought it the other day but haven't used it yet. And there are 4 of us, it will be plenty big enough. :)

I PMed 24 Season 3 Friday from BB at WM for $19.99. WM sells them for $54 You would have thought that I was taking money from the cashier's pocket. She acted as though she didn't want to do the PM. I also PMed Pepsis for 69 cents from Kmart. The cashier told me that time they don't PM Pepsis. I got em though.. he just didn't know how to do it.

Don't buy a gift basket from BBW.. Those are expensive :gd_dollar . Get a cheap Family Dollar gift basket. A popcorn tin, lotion from Avon or somewhere ( you can get a decent size bottle for around $4 when on sale at Avon) EDIT:: Take care of this problem for next year.... just save everything that you get this year that you didn't like and regift it.

That's my dog Brain... yep.. Brain not Brian..lol. We had another one named Pinky so we had Pinky and the Brain. We gave Pinky away though. She was a big baby and we weren't home enough to care for her like the Queen demanded. He's part poodle and part pekingese. Both were the runts of the litters, 2 separate litters. He is always licking, licking and licking some more.

I'm done with gifts for work and for my son. Still have to get daughter's, mil,fil, my parents and my 2 nephews..but they want $$$. It feels good to have as much done as I have. I'm never this far ahead of myself.

With some of the crazys on BF.. they should rename it Boxing Day here in the States.

I have 2 layaways right now. It's not that I can't afford to get them out... I can. It's alot easier to leave it at WM until Dec. 15th instead of having my son tearing up everything trying to find it. I see nothing wrong with layaway. I think it's a great service that WM offers. Heck, I laid away 24 Season 3 on dvd on Thanksgiving Day and went back on BF and got it out pricematching it with BB. And it didn't bother me one bit. :g_thumpsu :g_thumpsu

I bought the C317 yesterday at WM but didn't get a memory card. They had them for $13.88 and I think they were regularly $40. Went to WM today to get an expensive card for the camera and the lady found me one from yesterday.. Boy that made my night. I looked around some and seen the toaster ovens, food choppers, canister vacs, lightsabers and flywheels. But no CPKs or CBs.

We had a ton of CPKs at our WM. There were some left last night when I was in there. The CBs were a differant story. They went like hotcakes. I guess it depends on what people are looking for.

I believe it's working now. I think it was Nortons that's preinstalled that was stopping it. Or maybe I just wasn't holding my mouth right. Thanks for the link Alimfp.. I have them on faves for next time...which knowing me, there will be a next time..
