  1. There is a good possibility of end of quarter sales coming up or in the first quarter of 2006. Three questions: 1) What state would the computer be shipped to? 2) What is their budget? 3) Do they need a monitor or only the computer?
  2. http://www.gottadeal.com/DirectDeal/13148 http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=22639
  3. Another option is WebCertificate.com but they only issue online virtual MC's. I would call your local Walgreen's and ask them about their VISA/MC gift cards.
  4. $1.95 is a great deal, the cheapest I have seen is $3.95 for a $25 card. Try and get VISA or MC, make sure it's a credit card GC not a debit card.
  5. Try 1-800-827-6364 Skipping out of your contract is fraudulent, thread locked.
  6. Staples B&M stores sell American Express gift cards but there's still the issue of mailing it.
  7. Yep it's nothing but media hype which people have obviously fallen for. "Cyber Monday" is nothing but millions of people returning to work and buying stuff online, that's it.
  8. Are you a native Canadian? If so please read and reply
  9. You're welcome and I hope you'll stick around after "Cyber Monday" is over, we're open YEAR ROUND 24/7/365
  10. That's what I said time and time again and it looks like I was right, of course My next choice would have been Toshiba @ BB, Dell Inspiron, then HP @ Walmart.
  11. That's a great deal considering the 512MB RAM, larger hard drive and TruBrite display :)
  12. Did you buy a laptop? Which one did you buy?
  13. Since there is no restocking fee, why not open both and try them out? Maybe the Plantronics is superior but you may prefer the comfort of voice quality of the Logitech. Only you can determine which is better for your needs.
  14. BF forum is still open, it was just renamed. http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=22384
  15. Like Brad said, check our main site GottaDeal.com for deals
  16. I would keep the Plantronics.

    aol question

    1) Don't install AOL, it's not required. 2) After your 12th month remember to cancel your AOL or you'll continue to pay for it.
  18. Right now there isn't enough non-BF traffic to justify adding another forum. If you have anything you want to buy/sell/trade/barter just post it in this forum.
  19. CostCo isn't on the list but that would be my first choice. Circuit City or Staples
  20. You're welcome, it's not as cheap as the $99 Kodak's but its 10000x better and ultra compact.
  21. What "regular price" did you see? Remember the $100 is a mail-in rebate and not an instant coupon or discount.

    Dell

You're welcome, it's what I love doing. Helping people find a hot deal. I definitely would upgrade to the 512MB/WiFi, that's a no brainer decision.

    Dell

Correct and you can save $20 more if you're using Paypal.
  24. You are correct but I would never pay $2,000 for a laptop. The $900 - $1200 range offers just the right balance of performance, features and price.
