I don't understand why people would stick with the standard 90 day warranty. I'd rather pay a few bucks more and get a full 12 months of peace of mind.

Do they have access to their bank accounts, are any branches in their area open? Do they have a debit card?

Laptops don't usually break within the first 4 days unless they're DOA (dead on arrival). Any dead pixels or heat issues?
