There is always hope, but success is a different story. If you have a legitimiate complaint contact the store manager or their district manager and explain your situation.

Since the original ad was for a specific date/time, no. You could visit the store and demand to speak with the store manager/director, tell your story and they might grant your wish. They have the authority to make it happen, but it's their decision.

Wow they really do have good prices on all sorts of cables. Last week I bought an HDMI to DVI cable which should arrive sometime this week.
