2006 was awesome. 2 laptops -- 1 for $179 at Microcenter, another for $279 at BB, a 32" LCD for $360, a desktop for $189 w/ free printer, and 51" TV for $580, plus lots of other great deals. Last year was a very good BF. This year not looking nearly as good, but I will still be buying tons! I love BF!!!!

I bought the Acer laptop doorbuster from Microcenter last BF for $179 and it is still going strong. Have had no problems at all. We use it for everyday surfing, games, and email in the family room. The kids are rough with it.

They are junk. They only last about a year before they go bad.

The wiimote jackets are great. Also get the jackets for the nunchuks.

Yep. Since I rarely shop throughout the year, BF is my impulsive shopping day. I always start out with a detailed list, but end up with lots of things I had no intention of buying just because the price was tempting...household items, lots of dvds, clothes, etc., you name it.

Wasn't being nasty. Please dont take offense. I just get very annoyed at these stores selling these bundles instead of just offering more systems. You can find almost all of these game titles for less than $50 everyday and for significantly less during the holiday season with all the buy 1 get 1 free or half off video game deals. :-)

I bought the model that was on sale at Microcenter last BF and I love it! Picture quality is awesome and the great sound. Only negative is the lack of a code for the remote. I note that the deals just aren't as good, as I got mine last year for under $400.

Anyone know anything about the Navigon 2100 being offered by Radio Shack for $149.99? Looks like a great deal. Has text-speech and 2D and 3D maps, plus free lifetime traffic maps and Radio Shack doesn't have crazy lines!

A lot of these aren't that great deals. With a little research, many of these can be bought on line now for the same or a little higher price, and with free shipping.

Last year, some of the BF items were on sale online on Turkey day at CC.

Well, with BB and CC now out, I must say, I agree. The ads do suck! I guess its true that when the economy isn't that good, neither are the sales. Oh well. I still love BF and will be out there, but may be changing the order of the stores I visit!
