I see a few things I want. Not big ticket items though. Has anyone seen a color ad anywhere on the internets? some of the stuff is hard to see in black and white.

I emailed them to find out about price adjusting in my store. Still waiting to hear back though.

I think they have some great deals on some items. Not necessarily items I need/want to purchase though. It pretty much resembles last years ad though. It's all the same types of things and pretty much the same kind of prices.

We used to do this too, and it was never a problem until 2 years ago. We had done it at that same exact store the year before, but they wouldn't do it. So we had to run around the store and re-buy everything at the 'doorbuster' prices and then return all of it with our original receipts from a few days prior. It was a pain in the @ss and really threw a wrench into our schedule, but we still got the better price... didn't even bother trying it last year though.

I thought for sure it would have broke overnight as well!!! Come on!!!!

I miss the old days too. They know it's easier for people to just go out Thanksgiving evening and stay awake for the 'early' sales. And I'm sure they make more money that way too. It's disappointing that they are starting earlier this year. Shopping all day Friday was always so much fun. Last year we did the 10:00 sale at Walmart - got there around 9, and were out until Friday after lunch. We were exhausted, almost falling asleep driving. I think we might not shop as long or 'browse' as much this year. I'm going to try to purchase as much as I can ahead of time, before BF so if I don't get as many doorbusters I won't be so upset...

well actually once you click on rite aid, then change the 'choose your view' to page by page

yeah, ours was open thanksgiving the last 2 or 3 years. i always went in to buy the wrapping paper before we went to lunch at my mom's. the add scan i saw was the one on this site, click on "rite aid" on the left hand side and go from there

article says that Kohl's will be opening at midnight...still no news on target or toys r us opening times though. Shouldn't we already know all of this by now? There's only 2 weeks left!!!

Definitely have a plan of attack!! Use the maps as much as you can. Sometimes they aren't 100% accurate though. Just start asking employees if you can't find something. Don't waste time looking for it. Last year we were checked out and in the car by 10:15 (the start of the first sale last year)

the last 2 years, we have been able to get everything we want in our carts before the sale time even starts. they haven't had things wrapped in plastic around here for the last few years. at least not the items we wanted. so we have been first in line just waiting for the clock to change on the register so the prices come up correct. it has been awesome. we are one of the first people to leave the store while there's a whole bunch still coming in. our store is a 24 hour store. otherwise, the lines are super long though if you don't get your stuff quick and get out.

When I checked my local ad on their site, I held my cursor over the map info on the actual ad and a pop up came up that said maps will be available on Nov. 19th
