I wasn't referring to anyone in particular - just saying that it would be OK. For example, a lot of times there are sweepstakes where you can get additional entries by referring people, so those types of links would be OK under most circumstances.

And for that forum, we'll be a little more forgiving if any of the offers have referral links. So in most cases, if you post it and can get something from it, that's fine. But we still reserve the right to edit links as needed.

OK, new board created. It is a sub-forum of the Grocery Coupons board: http://forums.gottadeal.com/forumdisplay.php?f=15

It was Lucky's idea so...... I'll have to think about it some more :)

Great deals on refurbished X50v's as well - I've seen some for anywhere from $260-280 after all the discounts, and most include things like memory cards, cases, extra batteries, etc...

Also, depending where you live and the sales tax situation with OfficeMax, you might consider ordering from eTronics: http://www.etronics.com/product.asp?icatid=4312&stk_code=garsp2620&svbname=30 I've ordered from them several times in the past with no problems, so I'd say they are a reputable place. It might end up being cheaper there when you factor in tax.

From what I could tell by briefly looking over the configs, the only difference between the two 6000 models is the graphics. The one for $140X has integrated graphics while the one for $150X has 64MB DDR ATI MOBILITY RADEON X300 PCI Express x16 Graphics, with an option to upgrade to 128MB for $69 more. I'd recommend going with the $150X model and the better video, and the only upgrade I might recommend besides that would be the screen resolution ($125 for the WSXGA+) but that depends on your own viewing preference. Other than that, both have 1.6GHz, 256MB RAM, 40GB HD, DVD Burner, WiFi, etc...

Once again, you can see the 3 configurations that the coupon applies to here: http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/click?id=RjWYtCqO0*M&offerid=84645.10000661&type=3&subid=0 One 600m and two 6000 configs, so those hoping for a 700m are out of luck for now. Basically pick any of the three, get it to $1499 and use the coupon.
