  1. The sale was so popular so they brought it back this week again :)
  2. This coupon has been extended through 7/27. Great for those who want to go all out with a $2000+ laptop - you can save more than the usual $750 max.
  3. Great for the cheaper models if you don't want to spend the $750 for the other deal. You can get a $1000 machine for $600 and there are no restrictions with the configurations.
  4. DDDVD has it for $16.14 shipped: http://www.deepdiscountdvd.com/dvd.cfm?itemID=WBD038942
  5. The MuVo should be back in stock relatively soon considering they released a coupon just for that specific item. As for the SD card, you can also substitute any flash memory in its place for around the same price.
  6. Save 2% more if you use a DPA account with coupon code 4N13PT2J68HCDX.
  7. If you're talking just the Inspiron line, then yes, the 700m would be the best choice. Just make sure you get the bigger battery for the extra battery life. I've traveled with my 700m a few times and it's been really nice. BTW, coupon is now active!
  8. CoinStar (those change-counting/exchanging machines) also has a prepaid MasterCard: http://www.coinstar.com/us/WebDocs/A1-0-3-2
  9. Do you mean like the "Forum Jump" menu that's right below this post on the bottom right?
  10. Like RossMAN said, there's a 99% chance you won't get the Samsung (I didn't even bother ordering), but this is as close to a sure deal as you can get.
  11. I'll increase it so it'll always be 1 more than RossMAN and make you an honorary Admin :) Pick me!
  12. We're always taking suggestions. Whether or not we can act on them right away is a different matter, but don't let that stop you from making them :)
  13. Both are good suggestions and will be implemented eventually
  14. I don't know how we missed that. I'll get on that right away
  15. This deal is still available for those who missed it yesterday. I think nearly anyone who wanted a laptop has bought one in the last 6 months so this deal is lasting longer than Dell thought it would.
  16. If that's the reason you want it, we could just add the RSS feed a few days before BF itself. That way it's too late for anyone to build a site around it, but you'll have the info.
  17. I think I fixed it. Let me know if it's working how you expect it to...
  18. Just some comments on your comments: * the shopping list will be back and will be much better. your list will automatically be saved so you can update it, add to it, etc... as many times as you want. you can then print it out whenever you want and don't have to copy and paste things to another file to keep it updated. that part of the new site is already done. * as for customizing what stores are shown, that could be done. the default would be to show all stores, but if you want to exclude stores you don't have in your area, that could be done. * an RSS feed is a possibility, but I'd be worried about abuse. If we had an RSS feed of all the sales, what's to stop one of our competitors from creating their own BF site that is updated directly with our information. with the deals on the site now, there isn't much people can do because you need the links from our site. but with the BF sales, it's just text - anyone could take it. we had enough sites copying and pasting our lists last year without giving credit - we wouldn't want to make it any easier. but we'll still consider it. at the very least we could have an RSS feed with "news" updates. things like "walmart sale items posted - laptop for $399, etc..." and then link it back to the site. that's all. keep the ideas coming :)
  19. http://blackfridaysaleads.com/countdown2.gif Yes, we know it's still over 4 months until Black Friday, but considering how busy the site was last year, and that this year will be even crazier, we thought we'd start taking suggestions for the site. We know a lot of you found GD because of BF and therefore we want to do whatever we can to make this year's site better and attract more people to the site and forum. We anticipate even more competition this year, but we plan to continue our reign as "Kings of Black Friday" For reference, here is the archived version of last year's site: http://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/home.php So let us know about any features you want to see added, ways to organize things better, etc... this year's site is in it's early stages of development, so there is plenty of time to add new stuff. One thing that I will say is that we are going to tie in your forum membership with the site (just like we do for the main GD site now) so if you have a forum membership, when you go to the BF site it will recognize you, so your personalized shopping list info will be saved unlike last year, you can be notified about new ads being posted, view your saved searches, etc... all from one personalized page. Also give us your opinions on the BF forum. Last year we played around with requiring people to register to view that subforum (which caused 3000+ people to register, never post, and never come back after BF). What can we do to encourage more posting and more conversation?
  20. Yeah, don't get me wrong, it's still one of the best deals they've had all year. The "real" $750 off unrestricted coupon came in October and April. It did not happen in January, so maybe they are going going to do it twice a year. For Q4, they probably get enough sales because of the holidays to not need to have it. And they've had a lof of these restricted $750 coupons this quarter which have probably increased sales. Like RossMAN said, the 700m deal is very hot. When you compare that deal to what has been in the Sunday ads lately, it blows it away (as do most of these configurations).
