  1. Our online Black Friday sale tracker is up and running:

    https://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/Tracker

We've removed the various pre-BF sales and now it's just for actual Black Friday sales.

As we get new Black Friday ads / press releases / announcements I'll add more stores to the page with the relevant info. You can see a schedule of when the online sales start along with info like free shipping thresholds, coupon codes to use and more.

Please don't take the times on the schedule as definitive. As we've seen year-after-year, stores never seem to follow their own announcements and will put things online whenever they want.

Use the existing threads in the Sale & Ad Discussion Forum to discuss the individual online sales.

  2. Nothing in there is catching my attention. Was hoping that the Switch would be lower because of the OLED one coming out.

Not a chance. They are still making and selling the non-OLED version so it's not like this is old stock they need to get rid of. And the OLED version is nearly impossible to find many places so it's not really an alternative.

What time on Monday the 22nd do the sales start? I can't find it on the scans.

Same time as the first 2 sales - 3pm EST for Walmart+ members and 7pm EST for everyone.

  3. I used coupons that were supposed to start on the 11th with sale prices on my phone (in the kohl's app) the night of the 10th. It still showed my coupons that were to expire on the 10th but let me use the ones for the 11th. I did it at 9pm because I thought they might be on est and I am on west coast.

Yes, there's nearly always an overlap at the beginning and end of a sale/coupon period.

The best times to order were just before the current coupons "officially" started (because BF preview pricing was available on some items) and then next Saturday night just after midnight CST when you can use the current 30% and $10 off $50 codes on all the BF sale-priced non-doorbusters in the BF ad and get $15 Kohl's Cash.

  4. Yeah the codes aren't tied to any specific account - it's why some people choose to sell their 30%/40% codes on ebay.

Keep in mind that there should be around an hour after the BF sale starts next Saturday night where the 30% and other current coupons should work on the BF deals, so you might want to save a few of your 10 coupon uses if you have a 30%.

  5. I was perusing the Walmart employee subreddit yesterday and it was nearly unanimous reports that the first Black Friday sale was a bust in stores. There were many photos of empty stores, reports of too many employees scheduled with nothing to do, lots of stock left over, overall store sales numbers down and zero buzz about the sale.

We'll see how the next sale goes this week but reports like that could make Walmart reconsider the multiple sales strategy for next year.

  6. Release dates for Target? Walmart? Kohl's? Best Buy? I'm getting antzy over here.

Kohl's ad has been out since last week.

Walmart's first 2 ads are out. 3rd ad will likely be this weekend, probably Sunday night unless someone leaks it sooner.

Target will be next Wednesday night at the latest, could have a leak sooner as we did last year.

Best Buy might not post anything in advance before their sale starts on the 19th. Best chance for an advance ad would be tomorrow night but don't get your hopes up.
