This is definately a great way to try restaurants that you have never been to. I have not had a problem using them at any restaurant that I have been to and I bought several of them at a time. Only one word of advice about these are to check your ticket before paying. Some restaurants automatically add the 18% gratuity, some do not. I ended up "double tipping" last time as I did not double check the total until later that night. The service was really good so I was not too upset that the waitress got a 40% tip on the total but it kind of defeated the money I saved with the certificate. Like I said, some add the tip automatically, some do not. I usually wait until they are 60% off then buy a bunch at one time. On some of the more popular ones, if you wait til 70% off, they are already gone. Thanks guys for turning me on to such a great deal that I knew nothing about until I goined GottaDeal. I purchased a certificate 2/17 using the VALENTINE code (THANKS), got it at 50% off, but did not receive any indication after the purchase of the free certificate. And I can't find it on the account. I emailed restaurant.com that morning (seond email this morning) and have not received a reply from them. How did you get yours? Second question: We're going to spend next week in Hilton Head and a couple days in Savannah. Have any of you used the restaurant.com coupons at listed restaurants either place?
