thanasphere
I was just looking for deals on desktops online at Dell, and I saw a Studio Slim desktop with an instant savings of $624 to make it cost a mere $110. Why is it so cheap? It's a really good desktop that's Quad Core and everything, so why is the price so low? I would jump on a deal like that, but it sounds too good to be true, which makes me nervous.

thanasphere
Sorry, it wouldn't let me put a url, and I forgot to explain where I saw it after I took the url out. It's on the Dell EPP website, under the Top Customer Picks. The same computer is on the regular Dell website in the same location for $649, but $110 on the EPP website. guilliam
I just received an order confirmed email with a ship date of 3/4/09. But at the bottom of the page is the little "we reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing error" I don't figure it will actually come, but at that price, I had to try!!! I even added the 24" monitor for only $52 extra!! DH would LOVE that!! But like I said, I doubt it comes. Just too good to be true!!
racerfan
What is an EEp #?? Is there anyway a regular person can order this. It would be a great gift for DH Grandmother.

Marcster
Many credit unions offer EPP #s to their customers. Otherwise, it's offered by large companies to their employees.
tntsmomie
Ooh. I bought a Studio Hybrid last year and LOVE it. Very small and lots of power to run what I need. Not a huge fan of Dell's Support Team or Customer Service, but this is a great computer.
