I know people that work there, this is a common practice. They send what's left after a sale to other stores, it has to do with demographics. It doesn't mean your store is closing. Were you at one of the Mall St. Matthews stores or the Jefferson Mall Store?

With a mattress you get what you pay for. I wouldn't advise buying any of those that are advertised on telephone poles. The sales at the stores are always the same....never really on sale, always the same price. You will be fine at the middle price range, somewhere in the $800 area would be a beginning point. You really need to lay on the mattress to get an idea if you will be happy with it.

Do the technician a big favor and send an email/letter to the head of the service department and whoever else you can think of and let them know what he did for you. The guy probably runs his butt off and never gets as much as a "Thanks" from anyone.
