FYI, Shawnee Target still not marked down as of yesterday-Sunday....if it goes today or this week, please let me know, as i am stuck at work, but will go on lunch or afterwards.Until yesterday, I had only seen the one Plasma car thrown on an endcap at the Mission Target in the toy section. I just figured it was either an internet return or just a fluke... until I found 2 at the Stanly store yesterday afternoon. So, those are the only ones I've seen. On the right are the number buttons. Just enter the numbers and press enter! I JUST realized I could do this! I had been DRAGGGGGING all these big boxes over to the scanners and now I just write the number down (have some pen/paper handy)! But I really like the fact that it's protected against falls (my DD is in the 'throwing things' phase') and the fact that it's not a flip top so they can watch it anywhere. And, I don't think it will go 90% because they hand tagged it. In the past it has been treated like holiday/seasonal merchandise. Hard to know if they'll do it. And none of the employees know either. It is far from always accurate, but you have a better chance than just finding one by chance. If they tell you a particular store has 1 or 2, they probably have none, but it would be worth a call or visit if it isn't too difficult. If it says they have several you have a better chance. Thanks so much to the MelissaS for providing pictures of the box, it wasn't marked with a red tag and was with the regular priced riding toys. Also picked up today the Step 2 Puppet Theater for $17 and the Step 2 Scribble Center (one sided easel for toddlers) for $7. Again neither of these items were red tagged, just at the top of the shelf on back wall so like everyone out there keeps saying look everywhere and you might just come across a gem. Oh by the way, I also got 4 Tag books (Olivia, The Little Engine Who Could, Clack, Moo, Cows That Type, and one other I can't think of off the top of my head) they were marked down to $3.48 and with my $3 off Tag books coupons I got them for .48 a piece. alexusrydr Posted January 19, 2009 Share Posted January 19, 2009 went today to check baby stuff--not marked down any further yet but they have moved it all together since they were putting out new stuff. regular markdown lady was in toys but she said that everything that will be marked today has already been done and I didn't notice anything that I've been watching go down went to Orlando yesterday and stopped at 2 stores on the way--found the step 2 kitchen up on the top shelf. took a pic of the tag with my cell and went to the scanner to type in the # (tag said 30% off) and it came up 75%. Asked someone for help getting it down and to scan the train table up there. He said the tag says $69.xx and I asked if he could scan it and sure enough, 75%!!!!! I scanned them to be sure. They also had a few other items that were definitely 75% off at another store, still marked & scanning as 30%. (Air Hogs, various Cars stuff). Most other things only went 30 off at this store (was 15 off and now only 30) So, still I wait for 50 off to get my carseat!
