Make sure you do everything right the first time. I didn't and spent 58 minutes on there to get my orders fixed!! I guess they are overwhelmed with call from the Oprha book. I was on Shutterfly doing my cards earlier today and it was fast and so user friendly. I find Snapfish a lot more difficult and problematic. Does anyone else have problems with that site?
