Heather_0617
http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11217876 This sounds like a great deal for two TV's. I assume you must have a Costco card to get it, or at least know someone who does.
alimfp
No need to be a Costco member BUT.. Non-members pay a 5% surcharge for costco.com purchases, except for prescription drugs and gift certificates. :)
poopoohead
if you price check against comparable items at Walmart, you're probably saving 300 bucks on the set.
bettyn100
I got the 32" sylvania and 26" olevia from kmart for less than $1000. For about the same price as the ones at costco you can get a 47" and 26" from kmart.

wsniper1
Plasma is better quality anyway. I wouldn't rate Olevia, Sylvania, or Magnavox in the group of TV's that I would buy though. I would definatly rate Vizio higher.

mom2monkiesx3
Anyone have thoughts on Polaroid. I just noticed at Walmart the other night standing back the picture on the Polaroid looks better than the others around it (Magnavox,Visio,Sony..ect) Any thoughts? bettyn100
We looked at all the tv's at walmart and kmart before thanksgiving. The olevia had the best picture by far out of all the brands they had. I like my Sylvania 32". The picture is great and I would rank it up there with the rest of the higher brands. Xfeg
Its all about personal preference. Look at them in the store. Dont look at brand. Also you have to realize that you can adjust the brightness and contrast etc so take that into consideration.

I would definatly rate Vizio higher. I agree (but my own opinion/preference)... We have a Vizio, and the picture is great. It was the best out of all the tvs we looked at in the price range. The sound isn't the best when it's up high, but we have a sound system anyhow and I wouldn't trade the price or the quality we got for it. Everyone needs to like what they buy--and we all differ in our likes...
hangtime_360
As for looking at tv's in store for comparison it doesn't really do much when you take into consideration it all depends on what settings each tv is on, what input is being used, how many times they have split the same feed to plug into all their tv's, etc. My friend had a tv he was complaining about and he made comments about mine being better blah blah blah and I came over and reconfigured his and now he is fine with his. Just play around with them almost all lcd/plasma/blah blah blah versions give awesome picture.
xpaz
i got the 237t olevia and it is probably one of the best LCD's i've used. picture quality is superb and rivals the best.
