I haven't even so much as rec'd an email letting me know that it's been "so" late. They'll be getting a call from me this weekend & they will know exactly how I feel about this. I have rec'd EVERY other order from all the other companies I've ordered from. A lot of them much later than the order for this one. IIRC, this was the first OL order I'd placed this year. I can't remember if I pd shipping or not (I don't have my orig. pritned invoice in front of me), but I'll be sure to tell them how displeased I am, not only with the length of time, but with their CS. I was told the 2nd time I called that it would be here the 14 "as guaranteed" (even though there was no guarantee ). Hopefully they'll realise I mean business. I called Friday & rec'd the pkg today. They are "supposed to" refund the entire amount paid since it had been 4 weeks & it was still sitting at the warehouse with NO plans to be shipped. I'll be waiting for the credit on the CC, and will update you when that happens. I'll probably call Friday if it hasn't been done yet, to confirm that it will be done. Thank you! I have been ordering off the internet for years even from unheard of companies and have always gotten better service. Well, I opened my order and it is all wrong. I had ordered 3 Scentstory discs and 2 votives. I rec'd 8 scentstory discs and no votives. Only 1 out of the 8 discs is a scent I ordered.
