I wanted to thank you again! I called Friday & rec'd the pkg today. They are "supposed to" refund the entire amount paid since it had been 4 weeks & it was still sitting at the warehouse with NO plans to be shipped. I'll be waiting for the credit on the CC, and will update you when that happens. I'll probably call Friday if it hasn't been done yet, to confirm that it will be done. Thank you!

YAY! I went to Sears for the Zenith DVD/VCR combo ($39.99 AR) & a Coby DVD player ($9.99 AR). It was my first BF on this side of the counter. So I went mainly for the attraction, LOL. Also picked up a DVD for Hubba for $4.99 (don't ask, I don't remember which one). Almost got a Tom & Jerry one for the kids, but it wasn't on sale *poo* Anyhoo, I wanted to hit a couple more stores, but Hubba has to work today, so I cam on home.

I can't remember if I pd shipping or not (I don't have my orig. pritned invoice in front of me), but I'll be sure to tell them how displeased I am, not only with the length of time, but with their CS. I was told the 2nd time I called that it would be here the 14 "as guaranteed" (even though there was no guarantee ). Hopefully they'll realise I mean business. I mean these are supposed to be CHRISTmas pressies. Dare I ask if they'll be here on time????

Anything yet? I still have nothing & it's really beginning to tick me off. I haven't even so much as rec'd an email letting me know that it's been "so" late. They'll be getting a call from me this weekend & they will know exactly how I feel about this. I have rec'd EVERY other order from all the other companies I've ordered from. A lot of them much later than the order for this one. IIRC, this was the first OL order I'd placed this year.

Has anyone rec'd their shipments yet? I ordered on the 26th Oct, and have been told twice that it hasn't been shipped & that the WH is FAR behind.

Take them back! DON'T LET THEM WIN!!!! The stores HAVE to take them back!!!

THNX!!! I got 2 oils, a warmer & 2 Hallo candles for $23.30 shipped. The warmer & oils are a CHRISTmas gift. If I can peel the labels from the Hallo candles, that's another gift!!!
