Anyone know what day the baby dept usually marks down?

Not much more than 30% off in our toy dept. I'm sad I don't know if it will go straight to 75% or never hit 75% because it hasn't even hit 50% yet.

So, I see that everyone is saying that the 28th will be the toy markdown to 75% (most likely). Does that mean toys usually get marked on Thursdays? The outline at the beginning of the thread says Wednesday, but I went perimeter perusing today and no markdown team was in sight.

Anyone see any price drops in toys today?

I thought about the same thing. Only problem I can imagine having is that it has to be the same brand. I don't know if they carry the same brands.

Does the 'Search Target Inventory' thingy not work anymore?? The one you used to be able to put the DCPI in and see if a product was in one of your local Targets? Also, anyone happen to know if the wall decals went cheaper? I think they were 50% last week.

I know it's not as great of a steal as 4.97 for a game but around Black Friday I got a few for 14.95. A lot of the stores had them about 5.00 off around Christmas time last year.

went to Target today...barely any toys left at all but there wasn't really anything I wanted when I was there last week so it's ok. My sandals haven't all went 75% off yet Seems like my Target is a little slower on the markdowns.

Wish we had the dora dress up outfits. Kmart had the armoire and the bed that go with the dress up Dora on clearance for really cheap. I think the doll was still regular price though.

I think it totally depends on your Target. I know I've been to a few Targets where you can blink and miss their toy section and then I've been to a few that have a great toy selection.

I can't understand why it's such a 'secret'? The people that shop this sale every year aren't going to buy things at 30% and 50% because we know it goes cheaper.

OKAY what is going on with the TOY MARKDOWN?? I was really disappointed that NOTHING was marked any lower. I can't figure it out. Must be next week?? There was a guy (with the little scanner thing) going through the aisles and resetting them and taking clearance stuff off of the shelves. Is it possible that they are going to do a markdown in the next few days?
