msmatsimela Posted October 2, 2007 Share Posted October 2, 2007 That happened to me as well but when I tried it in a different browser 5 mins later it went thru when I copied and pasted the direct link in. http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/strapreplace.jsp oops sorry that link was for the straps but I just copied the link for the jackets from netscape into internet explorer. update: I went into my profile and it does not show that I place and order so I went ahead and call the customer service number. Spoke with George and he said they are having issues with the site and are aware of it. Said should be up and running in the next couple of days. Yet he didn't take my order over the phone.
