Anyone had any luck with this? I keep getting an error message saying my request exceeds the maximum allowed. It won't even give me one!

Yup, me too. You have to wait 24 hours it says before you can try again.

 

Why did they even have 4 listed if you can't them???? :(

That happened to me as well but when I tried it in a different browser 5 mins later it went thru when I copied and pasted the direct link in. http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/strapreplace.jsp oops sorry that link was for the straps but I just copied the link for the jackets from netscape into internet explorer.

 

update: I went into my profile and it does not show that I place and order so I went ahead and call the customer service number. Spoke with George and he said they are having issues with the site and are aware of it. Said should be up and running in the next couple of days. :confused: Yet he didn't take my order over the phone. Guess we will see what happens.

They should have released it in phases, probably overloaded the system because I tried earlier this morning (I use Wii to check the weather in the morning and read the msg) and I had an issue earlier.

ds17 called them and they let him order 4. Now it shows online that he ordered 4. But it wouldn't let him order online. Also, they are backordered already. LOL

I also could not order online. I called the customer service number, waited about 5 minutes and spoke to someone who took my order. He even said he did not need my serial number when I offered it to him. He gave me an order number also to confirm it.

Thanks OP. I already have skins, but I ordered 4 more as replacements.

I don't believe these are the normal skins that you can buy as of right now.
