FYI - I just used this - NOW :) Ahead of time and it worked - and it offers Google Checkout so I got $10 off. I got 3 hooded sweatshirts, a blazer, an aero stuffed bear and track pants for $44 including shipping. WOOOHOOO :cheesy:

When did the extra come off at the end.The hoodies i see are on sale for $16.99 which means tomorrow they will be $8.50 or is the extra already taken off which means its on sale for $16.99?

2 weeks later and I still have not received my order so I emailed the company inquiring about my order since their website was providing a tracking number that appeared to be bogus.

Here is their response:

Unfortunately, an error occurred in the shipment process. We regret to

inform you, that you will not be receiving your package, and sincerely

apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

We have submitted a credit request to our claims department, for

processing on your behalf. This request will be for the total

transaction (including any shipping and handling or gift-wrap fees), and

will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow additional

time for this request to process. You will receive an e-mail

notification, once a credit has been issued.

 

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

Some of the items you originally ordered, may no longer be available.

However, we would like to offer you free expedited shipping on a

replacement order. Simply refer to your order, xxxxxxxxx, to redeem

your offer of free shipping.

And my response to them was:

Frankly I don't think I will ever order from your site again. I believe this error was not an isolated incident as I have heard from many people that when Aeropostale runs a sale such as this that orders are very often not received. I am highly disappointed and suggest that these issues be elevated to the proper personnel so that in the future there can be modifications made to the processes that occur in your company and this does not happen. Plainly said, your company is getting a reputation for terrible service and unreliability. In business, and particularly in web business, customer satisfaction and reputation are everything. Your company may be losing out, these shipping errors should be caught by your staff rather than by the customer.

 

 

This whole issue just burns me. I will, as stated, definitely think twice before ordering from them again!!!!!
