Looking for a good netbook around $200. For a 16 year old.

I got in the Soda Stream Party. Got my party pack in yesterday!

There is a Pandigital Nova online that is on sale for $49.99. Anyone know if its worth it or not? Would be getting 2. One for my 16yr old to take notes at school, facebook, etc. and the other for my 2yr old, so she will quit screaming for my Kindle Fire. She would play baby games and watch cartoons.
