sbaldasare Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 Okay. I have to share. I am so excited that there's a girl's only weekend shopping trip planned for 11-18 and we are going to Frankenmuth MI - home of chicken dinners and BRONNER'S! The last time I went I spent 5 hours in there. If you've never been to Bronner's it's the largest Christmas store in the world! There's everything from collectibles to theme Christmas tree decorations to outside display stuff. Oh, I just can't wait:D

Usually around October we get coupons in the local Sunday papers for Bronners and sometimes for Zehnder's. If I get them I would be happy to send to them you if you are interested.
Cheri0113 Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 I grew up in MI and loved going to Bronners......makes me miss home. Have a wonderful time.

shawna629 Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 We go there every year! We live in southern Michigan so it is quite a jaunt.
Tracy72 Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 my mom and her sisters and mother and my sister went in May....they loved it.
christmasangel Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 OMG- I went there on a Mommy/Daughter trip a few years ago with my mom, my SIL and her mom- we had a blast!!!!! I want to go again!!! Deffinitly the right place for a girls trip! We went in the fall and it totally got us into the christmas spirit!
dessenma Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 I was just thinking about Bonner's the other day. My husband and I went about two years ago. I am ready to go again!
AuntJamelle Posted September 18, 2006 Posted September 18, 2006 DH took me there once a few years ago and I LOVED it! I really, really want to get back up there again but it's about a 4 hour drive from where we are in northern Indiana. :)
billcsho Posted September 21, 2006 Posted September 21, 2006 I have not been there for several years now. Perhaps I should go back this year. It is only 75min away for me and it is 15min away from a huge outlet center.
mcnavy Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 I love Bronners! Grew up not too far away from there and it was a yearly trip that was made with my mom and sister. When we were stationed in MI, my husbands command would always have their awards banquet at the Bavarian Inn, we went and stayed without kids....what a great time! Check out Bronners website for coupons. Also if I remember right there is a Frankenmuth webpage that offers coupons to many of the stores/places too. Have a great time! :)
mcnavy Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Here is a coupon for Bronners you can print http://www.bronners.com/storecoupon.html edited to add: Don't forget your camera, you can take pics in Bronners
amez74 Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 I love going to Bronner's when we lived in MI dh and I went twice a year--loved having a chicken dinner up there too. Amy
