stryker Posted November 18, 2004 Posted November 18, 2004 Cant seem to find much on this tv that is listed. I need a new tv JUST for gaming.
Dust N Bones Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 I'm still wondering if the price for that is correct. Does anyone know if that price is confirmed?
Rebirth Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 I want to know too. It would be nice if it's flat.
docjones Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 I could be wrong, but this sounds like the same TV that Wal-Mart had last year for 138.00. I bought one and its not bad. The speakers aren't the greatest, but a 27" TV looks better in the living room than a 19". I plan on buying one again this year. And for $90, it'll look just fine in the basement family room.
RossMAN Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 I see alot of apex stuff get sent back.We ordered this Apex 13" TV 7 months ago, absolutely no problems. Since it's in our "computer room" we watch it at least 3 hours a day, I just hope it lives a few years. Then it will have paid for itself.
Mike Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 Ya, for $90 @ 27"....a good deal if it lasts a couple of years.
Bostonsweety Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 we have 3 apex tv's 2 20inch that are in my daughters bedrooms we got for 99 dollars one christmas, and a 32 inch we got from circuit city for about $189 in February. All of them work great havent had a problem yet. We dont need another tv but for 90 bucks might need to get one for our bedroom
MM983 Posted November 20, 2004 Posted November 20, 2004 But is the one for for 89 bucks flat screen? If it is... i'm camping at Best Buy. I need a gaming TV.
stryker Posted November 25, 2004 Author Posted November 25, 2004 No tv in the ad or have i overlooked it?
Brad Posted November 25, 2004 Posted November 25, 2004 No, those few initial BB items reported were false rumors - the TV, the DVD player and the Belkin networking stuff are not in the ad.
fredtam Posted November 25, 2004 Posted November 25, 2004 I have an Apex 27" and the picture is fine but the sound leaves a little to be desired. Really just the adjustment increments but this may have changed since I've had mine for about a year.
motoXmom Posted November 25, 2004 Posted November 25, 2004 So it's confirmed those TV's are NOT at BB for that price??
hopper Posted November 25, 2004 Posted November 25, 2004 I saw scans of the ad, but no 27" TV for $89. They did have a 20" TV for $68. There's also a 27" TV on the list for $127 at Circuit City.
Guest Luckycharm Posted November 25, 2004 Posted November 25, 2004 Just looked at the ad for my area online and there is NO 27" TV for that price at all. Best Buy is screwy this year.
