It looks like Best Buy wasn't the only store affected by slow web throughput! This is why I do both. I am not at the mercy of either if I am positioned better to react to an unfortunate situation. I know not everyone can do this, but it gives me a sense of security to do so. Over 3 hours in the wee hours of the morning to stress over six items is not going to make me confident of online Black Friday shopping. We took a giant leap backwards this year. Walmart was worse. I have reports from friends of cancellations and $$$ of dollars in credit card charges are being held up. They have to go to the store to get the item. It was more irritating sitting here at the computer than standing in line. Atleast in line I had the stuff with me, it is a huge guessing game with online orders.
