Coleman Road Trip Grill

This is a portable, collapsible, almost full size grill that can be taken camping or tailgating.  We've used ours for over 10 years and still works when we need it.  We can cook 10 burgers at a time on here and the 2 sides are independently interchangeable from grill grates, to stove top, to griddle (works great for grilled cheese or pancakes!).

My mother, who lives with us now, will be 92 in a couple of months.  We’ve accommodated her with her own wing of the house in which is her TV that she loves to watch and does so on a regular basis.  Based on her declining physical health there’s not much else she can enjoy for a reasonable length of time.  She enjoys all aspects (i.e. DVDs, Cable, Netflix, etc.)  The only problem is the multitude of remotes with their small, non-intuitive buttons have got her completely baffled.  Accomplishing what she needs via one or two easy-to-access buttons would greatly alleviate her frustration.  I believe this item would do the trick!

Well this was fun.  It's sad that we could only post five items.  So far, my lucky kid has a cool race track, an awesome electric car, an official Red Rider carbine action two hundred shot range model air rifle, and a crazy car.

For the grand finale...

BURGUNDY RED COMET PEDAL CAR

My father got one of these which looked a little like his car and repainted it so it looked a LOT like his car -- right down to the license plate.  Like all cars built in the 60s, it succumbed to body rot (the plastic electric car is in my attic).

Any kid would love a car like this.  I did.  In fact, I loved every single posted toy.  My mother did most of the Christmas work -- decorating, meal, stocking stuffing, and all the little gifts under the tree -- but my father always got the 'big gifts'.  They were very memorable.  Thanks dad!

Symphony in B. Orchestra Musical Toy

This toy plays a collection of songs and has all the instruments for an orchestra.  When you move the instrument "into the pit" their part in the song plays.  You can pick one instrument, a few, or include as many the would be included in the song.  My kids don't quite understand all the aspects, but love playing with it and are beginning to learn their instruments.

For serious cartoonists and anime artists, a HUGE set of Copic markers! It's got 72 colors plus a storage box and a blender pen. These are high quality professional ink sketch markers. My ds13 has been after these for over a year. He normally works in inks but is tired of the mess and smearing that goes along with that. So, the answer is Copic markers. These will likely be under our tree this year for him. I think any artist that enjoys ink for their medium would love to have a set of these!

Not that I would EVER spend this much on this:

But my sons both want laser tag, and I was told by my youngest son that Laser Tag is now second on his list--and he bought Disney Infinity 2.0 yesterday (couldn't get him to wait til BF, but he got it on sale at Target anyway), so it's probably #1 on his list now...*sigh*  So this would fulfill one of the wants for two of my three kids...
