Needs a deal Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 I was thinking this morning that i wouldn't be surprised this year to see a really early Walmart or target ad this year well before Halloween. What are your thought on the first ad being posted of this year.
freesia39 Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 I think it's more likely we'll get our annual Walmart Letter before we get a Walmart ad. 2
Tigger97498 Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 Walmart will never let that happen more like their annual nasty letter by Halloween 1
pogiporkchop Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 By the end of this month - Ace, Half Price Books or Harbor Freight
laddhorn Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 I think near the end of this week. Probably Half Price Books.
julz0420 Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 I think it'll be mid oct cause thanksgiving is later this year. I'm going to guess Oct 11.
jabsther Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 (edited) Thanksgiving is later this year, but Chanukkah starts early this year. The night before Thanksgiving. Edited September 23, 2013 by jabsther
jaymacfla Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 Half price Books shouldn't even count as a contender. They willingly give theirs up to brad and other sites. Ace, Harbor Freight or one of the drug stores will probably be early. 1
billcsho Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 I guess HF will have their ad out this week.
Kanyon71 Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 Not sure of the dates but I think we will see Half Price Books, then a toss up between Harbor Freight and ACE Hardware for me. Wal Mart should just send out the notice here weekly. Something like We think you're thinking about it so don't even do it. Sad because to me it helps build up the anticipation, the people out here searching the net trying to plan are the ones who are most likely going to be the ones out buying stuff why not reward them.
bpr Posted September 25, 2013 Posted September 25, 2013 Thanksgiving is later this year, but Chanukkah starts early this year. The night before Thanksgiving.Only problem is, there are no Chanukkah sales.
