queenofshopping Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 With all the insanity from this year, will you even do BF after this?
Daisimae Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 YES!! But with a tent, sleeping bag and heater!
saturnboy01 Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 yes, it only comes around once a year (Thank God!) and I will be out and about next year
kbasketcr8r Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 I think it is kind of like having a baby- you tend to forget how painful it was, so you are up for it when it happens again.
erh12275 Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 This was our BEST bf ever. We will do the exact same thing again next year.
queenofshopping Posted November 26, 2005 Author Posted November 26, 2005 I think it is kind of like having a baby- you tend to forget how painful it was, so you are up for it when it happens again. haha i think that about sums it up for most people
hope1976 Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 I will every year It's an addiction LOL With 3 kids, there is always going to be something that will be a doorbuster
kfinto65 Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 If there is something I want I will be there. I don't care for the low end computers so I won't be there all night for that.... But for blank DVD+Rs, hardware such as hard drives and DVD burners, and FAR items I will show up 1 or 1.5 hours early.
RossMAN Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 It depends on the deals and I will be better prepared. Get there EARLY like 6PM and wear gloves, it can get cold.
taegan Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 I have to drive an hour to get to where we shop. We're already talking about renting an RV and camping out in the parking lot :)
JeniseM Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 Several factors will play in: a) what the sales are is DH home or depoyed overseas c) are we going to be home or down in OK at MIL (which we go down into Texas for BF) :)
MrsHoneybee Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 It depends on the deals and I will be better prepared. Get there EARLY like 6PM and wear gloves, it can get cold.Maybe or maybe not...main factor really depends if I get the day off from work. :)
Gporter34 Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 Heck YEAH!!! Are you kidding?!?!?LMAO Not sure if the kids will be going back or not, even though they loved it and can't wait to go back. But I'll be there, waiting in line, suffering, just for the oppurtunity to get abused and to get some GREAT DEALS!!!!!
stevens322 Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 If I am still alive , I will be there....
kramer13 Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 If I can find something that I want. Then the answer is YES. But this time I will be better prepared and go earlier. I think we will set up camp.
Cynical Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 I will do BF again next year but this time, I will make a list and go in and try to get out fast as possible. I was in sears atleast an hour and a half just looking around at other stuff so by the time I arrived at some of the stores, everything was sold out. Sears is first on the list. I liked that 10 dollar gift card
dissident Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 yep, I'll go to the same wal-mart I went to this year, around the same time, pending the store stays open all night like this year.
Wontpayretail23 Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 Yes, but I won't buy things with rebates. Now I know Best Buy has a huge scam with that going..hence my story! I'm mad as hell at Best Buy over these rebates! NEVER AGAIN! I bought 3 items yesterday with rebates totaling over $200. So of course I want those rebates! 2 of the items were the same items and they never said the rebates were one per person and one per household. Well, I'll just have the other one sent to my mom and to her house. I can get over that. But I saw some people loading up on these. They will never get the rebates. Now I bought a 19" Samsung flat screen monitor that had a $60 best buy rebate and two different $30 rebates thru samsung. Reading the two $30 rebates from samsung they won't give you both. So I might loose out $30. But of course the price they post in the sales paper shows you can get all these rebates but you can't. It's one rebate per person per house and can't be combined. What a scam! I called best buy customer service and basicaly said sorry we can't help you they are manufacturers rebates and we can't help you with those.
ReillyCheyenne Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 I will go if I don't have to work but very unlikely since I work at ToysRUs and it's mandatory that you have to work, but I did have fun.
saturnboy01 Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 I plan to really start saving up again for BF in a few weeks, still have x-mas to deal with also but that is what an x-mas fund at your bank is for! Im ready for more deals throughout the year leading up to BF2k6!
fairydustcrissy Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 im a black friday die hard..Same here. Been doing it for over 10 years, why stop now? Plus, with 3 kids, I need the best pries I can get on toys. I m just glad we were not looking for any high-end electronics this year (or low end computers!). This year was pretty much toys and such, thankfully! Although I do wish I'd had the $$ for an HDTV, but we are saving & wont be able to do that till Feb or March.
