On Friday, November 25th, the links for the Gift Guide will dynamically update with a special shopping event. This promotion is sure to be very popular with your customers - but we can't disclose it yet...that would ruin the surprise! Link Hmmm...
decafmom Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 Hmmmm...midnight on the 25th? I'm wondering if I can get wireless access while in line at Best Buy!
dalkons Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 If it's not leaked in advance I won't be shopping there.

civicracinggirl7 Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 Got the same email just a little while ago... It'd be nice if they had given a little more hints at least lol...
bethc24 Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 I'm a little slow, are you saying they will have special prices online too? My sis just asked me to order the Ipod Nano for my daughter at Apple.Com (get it for $179.00 with the teacher discount) plus free engraving....their website says that if the product goes cheaper within 14 days of shipment, they will refund the difference, so I should probably order it now anyway, right?
saturnboy01 Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 Yup, since BF falls w/in 14 days of purchase. Only 4 more days left til CRAZYTIME!

mrn8 Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I just got an email about their BF sale, too. I'm hoping to score an iPod w/Video at 20% off or more.
go2grl Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 We can only hope that some web designer setting up the site leaks the info :) I'm gonna have to check since the nano is something I have to get for Christmas......man that will stink, waking up for midnight, then I know I won't be able to fall back asleep with all the excitement to only wake up again in 2 hours.....I better start napping now ha ha.
RossMAN Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 It would be nice if Apple offered their 12" iBook for $799 or Mac Mini for $299. I can dream.
Rebirth Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I hope the deal will be better than student discounts. If it's 40%, I'll buy the Nano. Will they have the sale up at Midnight CT or Midnight PT?
RossMAN Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Which nano are you looking at and what color? I like the black.
Rebirth Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Which nano are you looking at and what color? I like the black.2 GB Black. If the price is good, I'll buy it.

Lovemy3babes Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Can't wait for this one! :) Hope it's something good. Would it start at midnight then?
ramona1992 Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I've asked my mom for something from Apple - I hope it's on sale!
TamiL Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Sure wish those cute little ibooks would go on sale at true BF type prices........I bet alot more people would switch from their pcs.............I know I would...
gage006 Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I'll be picking up my 30gig video ipod white and dock connector then :) Time to finally upgrade.
Rebirth Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 The prices from last year aren't that good. I guess I'll skip their sale, but I'll still take a look to make sure,
Floppy Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I need to buy a shuffle for my mom! I hope they have some good deal.
Brad Posted November 22, 2005 Author Posted November 22, 2005 Wow, No price cuts above 40%-what a waste of time on a "sale" Considering discounts from Apple on current products are extremely rare, any discount looks pretty good. A lot of people are looking for iPod deals and these may be the best prices around.
Rebirth Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Considering discounts from Apple on current products are extremely rare, any discount looks pretty good. A lot of people are looking for iPod deals and these may be the best prices around.I think the education discounts are better. Hopefully, the BF sale will be better.
KhakiBoy Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Although the prices aren't that great, the key to remember is that they're still cheaper than regular price. It's not too often you see Apple products on sale. Gotta admire Apple. They keep strict control on their hardware and software and prices as well.
saturnboy01 Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I really want and iPod also! Wish the discounts were a little more.
freesia39 Posted November 23, 2005 Posted November 23, 2005 hmm. if they'll have a closeout sale on the mini i'm in.
