All Toshiba CRT tube televisions (HDTV or not), regardless of what price and size, are now made by Orion. Orion is the maker of the low-cost Broksonic, Durabrand, some Insignia, Memorex, Orion, and Sansui brands. Toshiba has a really strong alliance with Orion for its production capability." He said he would rate it better than a toshiba"
The new toshibas crt hdtvs that aren't really toshibas but orions, yes, the models before that that were discontinued were some of the best on the market. In any case, the samsungs aren't that great, so that's much of an endorsement.

That's a very good TV and an excellent deal. For that price, you are getting Toshiba quality. It's made by Toshiba (Orion), not made by Insignia.Does anyone have an opinion on the "Insignia 32" Stereo Color TV - $199.99 AR"? We bought a new entertainment center and our 27" tv is really too small for the hole.
