I think I will upgrade next year. This was the tree and ornaments I bought the first year I was on my own. The tree topper is inherited from my ex SIL! Time for some new digs

I'll probably post tonight along with the nativity. I can't take credit for either since mom put them up while I was at Disney. The tree is almost entirely of unbreakable Disney decorations with a few cheap balls from target and kmart.

All of you did a fantastic job on them! When things get better I might have to hire a few of you. No tree this year for us , I was thinking about getting the Charlie Brown Christmas tree and put it on a table with the presents around it.

Too funny....my MIL made it for us about 8 years ago! It's falling apart and we need a new one too

I was afraid you were going to say it was handmade... My tree is decorated in gingerbread, and it is hard to find a skirt that matches. And our dog decided to eat the skirt this year instead of the ornaments like he did last year.

I'll get a picture posted as soon as I've resolved the eaten tree skirt problem!

Here's our tree. My parents live in a condo so we have to do a smaller tree. Almost all the ornaments (99%) are handmade. Been making them for years. My favorite is Santa walking his reindeer. (You can see it in #3...just click on the picture to make it bigger.)

This year the girls picked Red, Black, and Silver decorations to go on the tree. I think it came out pretty good.

i love the big ornament in #4 looks like a hot air balloon type thing. you got instructions for it? We bought some stuff from Hershners years ago but haven't made them yet.

I'm hoping to get big chunky colored lights on clearance this year, they look really lovely on everyone's trees.

I know its not a tree but here is my dining room table and my fireplace with my It's a Wonderful Life Bedford Falls Christmas village First Christmas in my house!!
