Brad Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 We've had these all morning, and can't verify them yet, but we figured we'd post them and if they are not legit or for a different ad besides BF, we'll remove them once we know: http://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/Sales/Store/costco

praveenml Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 Thats good, I am a regular customer of COSTCO. But I found the electronic items in COSTCO are not so cheap compared to others such as BB, CC etc. -Praveen

gijimenez Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 I love costco but I hope there are better deals than this or I won't stop there on BF.
pmdemey Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 I don`t either. In fact I`ve never heard of them.
bayhaysay Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 I don't have a Costco or Walgreens. We don't have a Costco here either (SW Arkansas). We do have a Walgreens but I never go in there.
best4less Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 I never shop at Costco....even though my MIL is the worlds biggest Costco pusher. I swear, you would think they were paying her a commission lol.
DeMay1201 Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 Looking at Costco's website you may be able to figure out some of the normal prices, at least the items they have on the site. For example: They have a Pentax 6.0 MP camera on the site for $179.99. At $50 off that's a good deal, if it is the right one. The: Philips 32" LCD HDTV Television - $200 off (on site $1,499.99) KitchenAid Stand Mixer - $40 off (on site $269.99) Speed X. Razor - $20 off (on site $89.99)
alimfp Posted October 27, 2005 Posted October 27, 2005 Woo hoo, thanks! BIL works at Costco, so we have free membership. :)
Brad Posted October 27, 2005 Author Posted October 27, 2005 Updated the list on the BF site linking some of the items I could find on the Costco.com site.
elena_398 Posted October 28, 2005 Posted October 28, 2005 What is Costco? Like a Walmart? I don't believe its in my area
RossMAN Posted October 28, 2005 Posted October 28, 2005 What is Costco? Like a Walmart? I don't believe its in my areaIt's a membership warehouse like Sam's Club (owned by Walmart) annual membership is $45/yr and it's worth every penny. Great deals on clothing, food, cleaning supplies, automotive stuff, caskets, home electronics, etc.

RossMAN Posted October 28, 2005 Posted October 28, 2005 caskets? are you serious?RossMAN does not joke about Hot Deals, ever ... testify!!!
dcmetro Posted October 31, 2005 Posted October 31, 2005 really looking forward to more on Costco. One of the best places for met to shop!
RobD Posted November 3, 2005 Posted November 3, 2005 Do you think they'll mail out the coupons for these to the members like they do the "passports" or will they hand out the coupons at the door the week before or day of? I know that Costco never advertises in the paper. Thanks
elena_398 Posted November 3, 2005 Posted November 3, 2005 I prefer Sam's club. Personal opinion though. I don't have Costcos around me. Just Sam's club and BJs
RossMAN Posted November 3, 2005 Posted November 3, 2005 Which is better - Sam's Club or Costco? That depends on what items you're shopping for, each has their own unique benefits. We don't have a Sam's Club around here but I love CostCo.
tapmba Posted November 3, 2005 Posted November 3, 2005 I am mostly interested in Electronic goods. I have a Sam's club membership expiring on 11/26. I was wondering if Costco would be better than Sam's club for electronic goods, then I could take up a Costco membership few days before Thanksgiving. Does anyone has any idea which store is better for electronic goods?
nat1jen Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 I love Costco. It's my favorite place to shop. I love being able to complete rebate forms online, etc. I ended up getting a Kitchenaid red Blender for $34.99 after coupon and rebates (usually retails for $99). They also have a lifetime warranty on all products EXCEPT computers. As long as you have your receipt, they will give you your money back. Their customer service is awesome, much better than Sam's IMHO.
