Does it have to be HD? Do you want something pocket sized?

Canon is always reliable: Canon SD1400

$149 now at Amazon, same price as BF. Comes with a 4GB Memory card on Amazon.

Slightly bigger, more zoom, Canon SX130 IS:

$179 on Amazon, same price as Office Depot on BF.

I own the SX120 IS, outside of low-light situations and p&s noise, it's a good camera, and the 130 is even better.

How's the zoom? I love my DSLR, but I don't own any telephoto lenses, I just rent them when I want them (baseball games, football games, etc.) I'd want to get some kind of bridge with super zoom for traveling, but then I'll get to the point where I want the S95 and the SX130 and that'll wind up costing more than the DSLR...

Zoom's pretty good (60mm), just make sure you've got plenty of light. What's really impressive is it's macro focusing.

Oh and I don't recommend going over ISO 200 with it. At 400 is starts to get quiet noisy (The 130 looks a bit better quality)

Oh CHDK works with it (you can do live histograms, zebra stripping, RAW and auto-bracketing to name a few) http://chdk.wikia.com/wiki/CHDK

Well I didn't think I would be in the market for a new camera right now but last night I dropped my Canon Powershot SD630 digital Elph with the lens open and now it is broken. Can anyone recommend a new camera that is similar to that camera? We really would like to find one with the same size screen which is large, 3-inch display? Thanks!

Wow 3 inch is hard to find. I think the biggest nowadays is 2.7, since cameras are smaller.

Try Canon SD1300 or 1400.

Biggest difference between the two is the 1400 shoots video in HD.

Jamesy1, If you look at the comparison list of BF cameras http://blackfriday.thestationchief.com

and click once on the "LCD" column, all the 3.0" LCD cameras offered on BF come to the top of the list and you can see their other features.

Of the BF cameras, the Nikon Coolpix S70 has a 3.5" LCD and a number of point and shoot cameras have 3.0" LCDs. These can all still be found at or close to BF prices.
