I have never had a problem with shipping once I can actually get an order placed. My issue has always been with their site and how stinkin slow it is especially around busy times.

here's a screenshot from the email...I assume that the site will allow only payments with a kohls charge card for those 15 minutes.

nope, it's just the site offer of $100 as far as i know. of course if you want to spend less, you can always add other things to reach $100 and then just return those "extra" items in store.
