rockpzazz Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Thanks for posting, I like the DVD media prices and the Seagate 1TB HD. One of the better ads I've seen so far.
Brad Posted November 11, 2009 Author Posted November 11, 2009 Just a tip: now is a good time to stock up on coupons from eBay to use on BF for ordering online. The prices of the coupons tend to jump as we get closer to BF.
Brad Posted November 11, 2009 Author Posted November 11, 2009 What kind of coupons? Did know there were any.Search eBay for "staples coupon" and you'll find all kinds of them. Usually discounts like $30 off $150, $25 off $75, $20 off $100, etc... just make sure they can be used online and expire after BF.
bpr Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Cool, thanks! I'm all over it like stink on... well, you get the picture .
Tigger97498 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 well I'm definantely unimpressed by the desktop they are offering. thats not that great a deal It's about the normal price.
krissy72 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I thought for sure we would see a 7" digital frame for $20 this year.
andyw06 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 (edited) The Staples ad excites me, the portable HD, wireless printer, some of the blank media. This is a very solid ad for staples. I am also lucky to have two staples in my area, I have never had an issue getting an item on BF since the second store opened. Edited November 11, 2009 by andyw06
micnic Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 ack! no netbooks... the 1tb hard drive is definitely worth it!
Marcster Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Thanks for posting, I like the DVD media prices and the Seagate 1TB HD. One of the better ads I've seen so far.Yeah, that Seagate price is hot!
Tigger97498 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I thought for sure we would see a 7" digital frame for $20 this year.Me too Guess it helps me though because if Office Depot has a computer in the price range im looking for its a lot easier for me to camp out there than Staples.
Tigger97498 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 ack! no netbooks... the 1tb hard drive is definitely worth it!That is a good deal. Will Staples offer this stuff online too at midnight like Walmart and Best Buy did last year?
Marcster Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 another blah adWow... Even the 12 pack of Duracell AA batteries for FREE after Easy Rebate doesn't excite you? You can get two of them for free...
krissy72 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Ok... Which one? The Garmin Nuvi 225W or the TomTom One XL 330?
Marcster Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Ok... Which one? The Garmin Nuvi 225W or the TomTom One XL 330?The Garmin Nuvi 225w has text-to-speech.The TomTom One XL 330 does not. Is text-to-speech worth another $20? IMHO, yes, it is...

Indy2424 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 One thing to remember is last year Staples had 2 or 3 different versions of the ad. So there could be another version lurking out there somewhere.
amyers12345 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 I'm excited to see the Memory Stick Pro Duos for so cheap! We need one for our PSP!
Jen8112 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Disappointed that the laptops aren't the ones we thought.
Venusaur Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 (edited) Does Staples still give you $3 off for each printer cartridge you bring in? Also, since you can get coupons like $20 off $100 on eBay, there's no reason to use the 10% coupon in the BF ad because you can't use 2 coupons at the same time, right? Do you think the nuvi255w will be available online? Edited November 11, 2009 by Venusaur
Marcster Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Does Staples still give you $3 off for each printer cartridge you bring in? Yes. http://www.staples.com/sbd/cre/products/3dollar_inkrecycle Also, since you can get coupons like $20 off $100 on eBay, there's no reason to use the 10% coupon in the BF ad because you can't use 2 coupons at the same time, right? Yes. Remember the 10% off of one single item is for redemption on Saturday, not on Black Friday. Do you think the nuvi255w will be available online?Typically, door busters are not offered online.
shoplifter Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Target has a WD External 1 TB for $60. Also the passport 500 GB for $60. Prices don't look good to me. Sad panda.
H_Hancock Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Thanks for posting, I like the DVD media prices and the Seagate 1TB HD. One of the better ads I've seen so far. That is a very good price on the Seagate drive, but after suffering through two 7200.11 failures from Seagate, I'm a tad wary of buying anything Seagate these days.
lbjohn99 Posted November 11, 2009 Posted November 11, 2009 Sometimes I wonder what is the point of listing an item in regular list price on the BF ads? Especially when the item is available everywhere in that price right now. I.e. It is not one of those hard to get item like the Wii 2 years ago. E.g. The sony reader pocket edition regular price is $199, and they list it on the ad at the same price ... What's up with that?
