  1. I have an older roku with the RCA connection and HDMI. I prefer it to my FireTV because some apps are not compatible with the FireTV. CNET has an app with some 2-5 minute videos, but it's not compatible with the Fire yet. I have written to them. I prefer the WatchESPN app on roku over Fire. I like to watch an aviation channel, AOPA Live, it's not on the Fire yet. Don't know when it will be. Downside to the roku? There are about a thousand religious channels. I'm not kidding. I say get the Roku SE, it's a little bit slower to load then a Fire TV box(not sure about the stick), but at $25, don't pass it up.
  2. I want an Amazon Echo for $99. But that's almost half off so it's not going to happen.
  3. Do you know if Kohl's will offer free shipping BF weekend? The last page of their ad said FS on orders over $75, but I'm hoping that is a mistake. Presently it's $50. Thanks
  4. Does anyone know if Dell usually has before Thanksgiving day sales? I have a Dell gift card that expires, drum roll please, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I want the cheapest laptop (presently $230) for less than $200. I don't care if it's a $350 laptop marked down to $200. I just want a cheap, but excellent value laptop. And it must be at Dell.com. Not a dell laptop from Staples or OM. Thanks
  5. A Das Keyboard for $50. An Intel Core i5-3550 CPU for $150 A ton of Android Apps for ten cents. A 15" laptop for $150 All available online. I hate lines. And Peace on Earth. Haha, yea right, like that's going to happen.
  6. Southern Minnesota. Wed Nov 24 Snow Shower / Wind 33° 19° Thu Nov 25 Few Snow Showers / Wind 23° 12° Fri Nov 26 Mostly Sunny / Wind 24° 18°
  7. Thanks Brad. I really should change my user name. I am not a shoplifter.
  8. Warm weather. An Internal Blu-ray Burner for my PC at $50 (with 10+ discs thrown in). Cheapest I've seen is $100. I would consider a new desktop PC sans monitor for $200 if it's a really good deal, or a $150 laptop. Quality GPS and a camera for $50.
  9. Yes, my bad. What an idiot. Thanks for catching that.
  10. Check out my thread in offline deals. http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=158014 Walmart, Vizio 26", $248.
  11. Target has a WD External 1 TB for $60. Also the passport 500 GB for $60. Prices don't look good to me. Sad panda.
  12. An HP 8GB flash drive on Black Friday at Staples for $12.99. According to their facebook page.
  13. Staples. Staples. Staples. Best Buy and any store that has 14 oz bags of M & M's for $1.00. No limit.
  14. $79 or less, 1.5 TB internal hard drive $79 or less for a quality Canon digital camera $199 laptop. One that usually sells for $500 And no doorbusters! I want everything to be available all day long, and or via the internet. I hate shopping and most of all, I hate crowds.

  18. Thanks BigJimSlade. Love ya big guy My question: If I get a ticket at 3:00 a.m., can I leave and come pack at 9:00 a.m. to pick it up? Or will BB expect me to be in line at the opening hour? BTW, the capital of Nebraska is Lincoln. I know all my state capitals, Jim. And if your appetite isn't satisfied yet, call me, or better yet, kick down my bedroom door!!! Thanks, Matt aka shoplifter
  19. Try Circuit City. Same model, $200-$50MIR. Don't know if it's available for shipping. But hurry, it may end tonight. HTH
  20. I didn't get a headache because I stayed home!
  21. a quality 15", yes 15", LCD for $50. Good all weekend long or online. I hate crowds. It's for a 2nd PC so don't want/need anything bigger, and a 17" CRT is to big for the spot I have in mind.
  22. I agree about purchasing a refurb. Sit down with your 16 yo and ask if a refrub is good enough. More GB/price, especially on older models. http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore.woa/wo/0.RSLID?mco=32DAAC51&nclm=Certified I've read that if a store sells apple products for less, apple will take away their license. The only thing I remember about ipods last year was Best Buy giving you a $25 itunes card if you bought the 2GB ipod for $200. If you need a new ipod try www.pcconnection.com they're a little cheaper, but shipping may kill that HTH
  23. Look for specially marked packs of Pepsi that have a $10MIR. The fine prints reads, "Purchase products between 12/28/05 and 2/8/06". Something to think about next week. Must buy 3-12 packs (or, 2-24 packs, 8-2 liters) AND 3 bags of Lays Chips, Tostios, Fritos, Doritos, Cheetos, etc...You need the receipts and UPC codes dated between 12/28-2/8.
  24. After reading this article, http://www.consumersearch.com/www/kitchen/slow-cookers/index.html I got more confused then ever. Rival dominates the market, but almost 2 million recalled!
