No you cant use it with the paypal deal I tried. You would have to make separate orders since the free $10 is only once per order it seems.

This deal is also available in store. I just went there and bought the $25 BB GC and $25 iTUNES gc (did that twice) and came home and placed my order using the $50 BB GCs I bought and the $20 BB GCs that were free ($10 x 2) and used PayPal to pay for the remainder which was over $100 so I will get the $20 cashback.
