The past couple of years Target ran a promo to get a percent off all gift card purchases. One year I think it was on Black Friday, another year maybe a week or so after Black Friday? Anyone have any insider information if they might be doing this promo again this year?

I got 30% as well, but I did get a 40% in the past when they have sent these out... so they do send some 40%'s out!

My local store was wiped out the day after Christmas. I didn't get there until late afternoon so not sure if it was busy that morning or if they just didn't have much left even before Christmas. jealous of those finding lots of stuff and being able to wait until the discount goes higher.

I was there today and although I saw her scan the 10% off I don't see it anywhere on my receipt. I do see my target, mfr and cartwheel coupons though. Did anyone get the 10% off? There were restrictions as my father in law was going to buy a TV and he was told the 10% off didn't apply to big ticket items. I wasn't buying any big ticket items though... just cards, grocery items, etc... Can anyone that got the 10% off tell me how it showed up on your receipt? I don't think I'm overlooking it, but maybe I am. Wondering if I should go back and ask about it?
