  1. I am waiting for that as well. They have the THANKS code for an additional 20% off some items and free shipping over $75 right now, but I am hoping/waiting for a code that usually gives a percentage off all merchandise, not just some. I have some Pandora to buy for gifts, and the current code does not apply.
  2. FINALLY got it after an hour of refreshing... whew! That was the last big thing for us!
  3. Which TVs? Waiting for the 48" westinghouse but seeing no change...
  4. Was just able to get the Lego movie deal after many a refresh. Was pleasantly surprised to see the Nutribullet also already marked down even though it isn't one of the 20 early deals.
  5. Definitely snagged all 5 seasons of Big Bang Theory and a couple pairs of the yurbuds-- so glad I got those without having to set foot in the store! Now if only I could figure out what is going on with the Kindle Fire HD... Been watching it like a hawk all night and all I've see it say is "coming soon"...
  6. I was able to get a couple of the $44 Everlast fleece jackets for $8 each-- cant remember if they were a doorbuster or not, but happy they had most sizes and colors still!
  7. Amazon's MP3 Store has already started their Black Friday MP3 album deals: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=tsm_1_fb_s_dm_mdm57s?rh=n:163856011,n:!2334092011,n:!2334154011,n:6064969011,p_n_feature_browse-bin:625150011&ie=UTF8&qid=1353116600
  8. DH and I got in line at our Walmart at 8:15 to get in line for the $198 32" TV. I'm not usually a Walmart shopper, but when it came down to deciding between the 40" Westinghouse at Target and the one we got at Walmart, we opted to wait inside instead of outside. When 11:30 rolled around, I decided to get out of line (leaving my husband with the ticket) so I could go out and get some of the midnight release deals. Asked if I could drop our things off in his cart so I wouldn't have to wait to check out, trying to get to Target faster, but was told "I would not be allowed back in line," so I had to make my purchases right then and there. Frustrating, but whatever. Because of all the saran wrapped merchandise, we ended up with a total free-for-all; never before had I seen the chaos that I had seen over cheap DVDs/Blurays/Video Games. People were clawing and shoving, it was a total mess. Although management was trying to micromanage the lines for the electronics going on sale at 5am, there was NO ONE directing traffic to make sure people were getting in lines. Shouting and fighting ensued. Checking out was a disaster. Was able to get everything we wanted (I'm pretty small, but very quick), but the experience was horrid. Got in line for Target around 1:00am. Freezing cold outside, but I had brought lots of layers to wear. Got me through. Was about 100 back until about 3am and we had a lot of line jumpers and no security to do anything about it. Tried to get one of the Westinghouses, but it was (once again) a mad-dash frenzy. One woman shoved my hand off of one of the TV handles, while another stood on top of the palate and screetched "STEP BACK" at the top of her lungs while she was "reserving" 3 of the TVs and one of the managers just stood back with his mouth open. Full racks of clothing got dumped as people ran and fought for one of the TVs. Total nightmare. I came to grips with the idea that I was not going to be getting one of those real quick, but was able to get everything else I needed and out the door by 4:20am. Ran back to pick up my husband and Walmart only to find that there was a huge line just to get into the store, so I had to wait outside the exit door until he came out so I could show him where I had to park (BFE). Between the concentration camp feeling at Walmart and the jungle feel at Target, both DH and I quickly agreed upon entering the car for our ride home that we will NOT be doing either of those stores for a first stop ever again. In fact, the whole experience has made us double think about going out for BF next year...the idea of opening a bottle of wine and watching movies all night as we wait for all the stores to have their online sales is quite appealing. Will we go out for BF again? At some point, I'm sure. But the experience was harrowing enough that it will be very likely that we stick to online sales next year.
  9. So far, so good... Amazon: couple of flash camcorders ($39/each), 3 4GB sd cards ($6/each), book ($10), CD ($8), expo markers ($6) New Egg: couple of flip refurbished camcorders ($40/each) Meijer: Heys swivel hard side carry-on ($20), candles ($3 each), 21 pic. collage frame ($13), blu-rays/DVDs ($5-12 each), skullcandy buds ($10/set), detergent ($2.50), toothpaste (2/$3), cosmetics (40% off), wrapping paper ($0.59) Old Navy: FF vest ($15), sweaters ($15/each), PJ pants for all ($5/pair), dress coat ($40) Gearing up for a mini camp-out at Target for the Westinghouse, toothbrushes, hair straightener, Lego Harry Potter, and a few other items. After recouping from that, I'll be headed to B&BW to stock up on that for the next year and call Operation TWS a success.
  10. Thank you, thank you! Worked like a charm for me as well! Sweater adoraboots, 4 layering tanks and a hooded cardigan for $31.xx shipped!
  11. ^ Agreed! Hopefully I can get this to work later tonight when I get home so I can try my husband's e-mail as well. I tried, and no luck when I log in.
  12. Was hoping they'd do this again this year! Thanks for posting! :-D
  13. Anyone know of any other good coupons out there that can be printed and used on BF? I have a few... -20% off purchase -Free item with $13 purchase -Free travel item with any purchase ...but was hoping to find any others out there that I could stack on. I know they usually have a $10 off $30 coupon out somewhere, but the only one I could find expired yesterday.
  14. AWESOME^^^ Thanks so much!! Definitely be printing that out...
  15. After looking at some of these today to check them out, some of them seem to be of cheap quality materials... be sure to check them out and try them on before you buy. The bottoms reminded me little more than flip-flop bottoms. I'll probably still pick up a pair (I really like the sweater ones), but I'll definitely be checking them out closely to be sure before I purchase.
  16. Yeah, they did seem a bit cheap in the materials. At least $15 is much more reasonable than the $40 they are charging regularly. The sweater ones seemed to be the best of the ones I saw.
  17. Sale only in stores (to my knowledge)... An online listing of "Adoraboots" can be found here: Link!
  18. By the way, Adoraboots are on sale starting Friday in store- $15 for women, $12 for girls! Definitely going to be picking me up a pair or two of these!
  19. You could always apply to get an ON credit card and go on early on Thanksgiving...that way you get all the Black Friday prices a day early and maybe beat some of the crowd? Well now that the ad is out, I gotta second the sentiments of one of the other posters on the deals board, wondering if/when they are going to have their $1 scarves or $1 socks on sale.... I love the One Day Wonders! :) If I remember correctly though, they usually had them on the Saturdays between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Anyone else remember?
  20. Thanks Brad and other Mods for all you do! So excited for everything to get started!!
  21. Friday deals are available on Thursday for ON, GapCard, and Banana Republic cardholders.
  22. Where can you get the $10 coupon? Can you print it out?
  23. While we are speaking of doorbusters, what time are some of you folks looking to get the Westinghouse heading out to wait in line? I'm thinking sometime around 10-11pm Thanksgiving.... think that could be enough to get one or should I head out earlier?
  24. Thanks for linking it all together in one document, Brad! Time to add it to my iPhone for further browsing purposes...
  25. So I've been flipping through the ads and have been looking to possibly buy a couple of the hand-held camcorders that are popping up in a few of them. Any thoughts as to which ones are the best bargain? $20 Vivitar in Toys 'R Us $20 Vivitar in Sears $50 Poloroid in Target $30 Vivitar in Kohls I can't exactly tell what the differences are between the Vivitar models (if there even are any)... just curious to see what the masses on GottaDeal think.
