I just called and there's a recorded message stating a 2 hour wait to talk to someone and that the Sharpie promotion is no longer valid.

My ordering started last year on Nov. 29th and went pretty much every day through Dec. 15th. My biggest ordering day was Dec. 4th. I think we'll start seeing some price drops on Tuesday, after Cyber Monday is over. I definitely ordered more from Amazon in 2007, but 2008 still had some really good deals. I ended up returning almost every toy I'd bought from Walmart on BF last year because Amazon ended up beating the prices by enough that it was worth my time to take them back to the store.

I can never get my card to work on Walmart's site, and I use it everywhere else without a problem. I always use Paypal when shopping with WM. Got everything except the $9 Wranglers for DH. They won't let me add them to the cart. At least I got the $59 TT for FIL. It was worth staying up for, all in all. :)

I can't get into mine either. It also won't let me add anything to my cart.

Thank you! This will save me a couple of dollars. I'll grab a Coke instead of spending it over at Starbucks. :)

We watch the DVD of The Year Without a Santa Claus several times during the year, but more at Christmas time. I saw The Happy Elf with Harry Connick Jr. a on TV a few years ago and I wish they would air it every year.

Gottadeal has made me brave about going out on BF. Before I started coming to this site, I always thought BF shoppers were crazy and I didn't want any part of it. Count me now as a member of that group! I remember the rush of waiting in my first line at TRU. It was 3AM and I was freezing, but I didn't mind because the thrill of getting the toys my kids wanted at crazy prices was worth standing in line for.

I really want this for the family for Christmas, but I'm on the fence. Anyone think there will be a better deal than this? I'm going to get it....

I wasn't sure if other Kroger stores sold video games or not. Fred Meyer stores can be found in Oregon and Washington. I've found Wii Fit for $69.99 lately, but never for $59.99. Just thought I would share news about an upcoming deal. :)

A cashier at Fred Meyer told me today that on 10/4 Wii Fit will be $59.99 for a special one-day promotion. Fred Meyer is a Kroger store, so it might be worth it to check and see if it is happening at other Kroger stores if you don't have a Fred Meyer near you.

Target now price matches ads like Walmart does, so that could mean a lot more people shopping at Target this year.
