They have quite a bit of stuff on sale right now. If you have one of their larger stores near you its worth stopping by. In addition to their Christmas stuff, they had an additional 50% off their already reduced items like picnic baskets, very large candles, pottery etc. Halloween leftovers were 90% off. Unfortunately I didn't see anything I needed. (*sigh*)

Yep, me too...I went tonite and didn't find a thing. I never find good sales at my Target!

The only hot deals I found at 2 CVS's today were on candy. I got four bags of Hershey kisses, two small "canes" filled with M&M type candies and a box of chocolate covered cherries for 90% off. I paid $1.55 for all.

I got my GD the Fisher Price twin time doll house, I think it has three levels. You do have to buy some of the rooms of furniture separately. Haven't really had a chance to investigate it though.

My son has skybox tickets to the bulls so guess who is babysitting. But hey, that's ok\1

Today at Carson's I got a pair of slacks and a sweater that would have cost $95 total for $38.67! That's a deal to me!

I couldn't find a bank in my area that has one, I was talking about a regular savings account. There shouldn't be a charge for a Christmas Club. Hope yu find one.

Its like a mini savings account I guess, for the sole purpose of saving up for Christmas.

I would like to start stashing some cash away for next year but I can't find a Christmas Club like there used to be. I have a Bank of America in my building but do you believe there is a service charge for savings account unless you maintain a certain balance, put money in every month. Can you believe a bank charging to use your money! Sheesh!

Happy Birthday! My son's birthday is Tuesday and I still haven't gotten him anything. I'll probably give it to him next weekend, he got enough stuff so that it doesn't matter.

Got a $150 gift card to PetSmart so I can buy my Danny a cat tree. I couldn't see spending all that money but DS got it for us! I also got gift cards to Pizza Hut and pics of family and a bottle of Asti Spumonte. Hubby and I don't exchange anymore.

I'm jealous!

One of my elderly neighbors gave me a fairly new computer, an IMAC I think last year. I was hoping my son would set it up for my granddaughter but he hasn't yet. By the time he gets around to it it probably won't work anymore! LOL. They have a PC that she has some games of her own on though. I am a firm believer of kids learning technology early because that's just the way times are. I would let your kids spend time on yours if you can.

From work, a $50 gift certificate to Carson's, candles, lottery tickets (won $20) Godiva truffles, hot chocolate pot, bath supplies. From mother out of town, electric candle warmer.

I got my DS and wife a set of flatwear and I knew they would know what it was so, I sandwiched it between towels and then wrapped it.

I wrapped everything for my GD except the boxes that were just too big. I tried to use the same Santa paper on all of them. The two big boxes will either just go under the tree or maybe we will just set up the dollhouse for her. Of course these are all from "Santa". I'm going to take her something from us tomorrow night.
