I got my 32" Olevia 720p lcd on Thanksgiving 2 years ago for $420 at K-Mart. Not Black Friday, but close enough! The price is actually still pretty decent today.

I am in Bismarck. I just moved here. I have gone from Green Bay, WI to St. Cloud, MN to Bismarck, ND. I need to go south! BTW, the leaves havent even changed colors here yet as it has been really warm until last week. We are going to end up missing the best part of the year. I love fall.

No TRU here:( I had a great experience at the one i went to last year. They had Wii Fits in stock in the afternoon. They must have had a TON considering how hot the item was.

Wow, I have a pretty level head, but if someone did this to me and laughed about it I would probably pick up their cart and tip it over.

A lot more goes into it than just deciding to do the deals. Their software may not even be able to do a system wide change of prices at noon, etc. I just dont think they would do it. They did just do a major software upgrade this summer at Target though that made things run better internally, so who knows.

HD is awesome about customer service if you email them. I had a poor experience and emailed them and got a gift card the next week in the mail.

I remember one year we found a boy on a giving tree that wanted a bike for Xmas and realizing that nobody would probably get him a bike because it costs more than what all the other gifts on the tree cost, we decided to grab it and get the bike. We went to Walmart and were pretty far back in line, but as 5am approached everyone started scrunching towards the door and needless to say the line disappeared. I HATE when people disregard lines, but at this point there was no line anymore. So i did my best impression of Barry Sanders and cut and juked and spun through the crowd, (I am about 5'11", but super skinny so it I can fit in tiny spaces, haha) and I ended up getting literally squeezing through the door when it opened with about 20 other people. I have never been squeezed like that in my life, but I made it through and beat everyone to the back of the store to get that bike for that boy. They only had a few of that bike too so it was well worth it. I just want to reiterate that I HATE when lines go crazy and people do essentially what I did, but in this instance because of what I was getting and what had happened to the line, I just decided to go for it. It was actually really fun and I almost felt like it was some kind of sport!

Don't know if there is another thread for this, but I started listening to Christmas music yesterday and am getting pumped for BF. I've had many people already tell me I am crazy, but I love it. I found a nice online station with music 24/7. There was snow in our state yesterday so I am really starting to get the bug! Has anyone else started listening yet?

You can find good deals right now on mattresses actually, based on the economy. We just got a Sealy Posturepedic Queen and boxspring that was normall 1299 for 699. Even got them to throw in the frame. We were expecting to pay around 500 for a decent mattress but got an amazing one for 699. Just gotta look around. They brought in a bunch for Labor day and had extras they needed to clear out.

Can get the Elite at Target for 299 right now and if you look around you can find one that comes with Fable 2 and Halo 3. Also, you get a free controller this week when you buy an xbox at Target.

Still have probably over 50 at 30 bucks here. Should I maybe scan them to see if they are lower?

Probably better off getting a 360 now. They are supposed to have price cut the pro system to 249 and you can get one that comes with Fable 2 and Halo 3. I really dont foresee any better deal than that. They are while supplies last too as they are phasing out the pro systems.
