Staples took 7.50 off my order as a daily promo, so that tablet didn't meet minimum requirements. Have to buy more expensive one.

Staples has 50.00 off of tablets that are 149 and up. The Asus is 149 so 50 off leaves it at 99. I'm looking at it right now. The Google Nexus was same price but it is out of stock

I don't budget. I spend what I have to to buy what everyone wants. I have a xmas club each year with around 800 in it, but still have to spend probaby 1000 more. I have 3 kids and 4 grandkids, My son and daughter both live wiht people with 6 more kids. I do buy the exact same number of presents for each group. Like my youngest living at home gets around 12 presents, the older 2 get around 8 and the grandkids get around 6 or 7. The extra kids get around 4. My youngest who is still at home always wants gaming systems. I probably spend 500 or 600 on him. THe older 2 usually ask for one 150 item and several smaller ones. THe grandkids I spend maybe 100 or 150 on depending on what they want. I bought them tablets last year. I do bargain shop through the year. I have 2 granddaughter that's 1 that I keep 6 days a week while her mom works. I tend to spoil her more,but we don't open presents with each family at the same time. They each come at a good time for them. My son usually xmas eve and my daughter xmas morning after my youngest has opened his. My husband has been out of work since July, so this xmas it is harder than usual.

Those are the :CHI:NA tablets. I bought them for my grandkids but I would nver buy one for myself or my children. I buy only fires for us. I am well aware of the amazon kindle rules, I go on the kindle help forums daily and answer questions of kindle owners, but they are all USED and not one was even in a condition better than good or acceptable. I will not buy a used product, and I don't buy anything from a 3rd part seller even if it is fulfilled by amazon. I got a book last year that wwas supposed to be in like new condition and fulfilled by amazon, and it didn't even have a cover. IT was falling apart.

My son and daughter both have marware cases. They are the better ones but I got htem for 12.00 apiece on sale. THey allow you to use it as a stand also. SOme of the cases will fit other models. , for instance I make kindle keyboard cases and my daughters fire fits tightly in one of htem and my niece put her baby kindle in one. It should say previous generation HD, but it may not if it's an old ad

I've nver missed a movie and last year the 2 hottest ones my sn wanted was during black friday and I was gone. I had the screen up and walked my husband through the purchasing process on the phone. He was super slow but still got them. I can't wait for this list

It's one of those cheap China tablets. I bought one for my granddaughter when her Pandigital quit. They don't compare to a name brand like kindle, or nexus. My sister bought one and loves it, but they are flimslily made.

Amazon will most probably have the old HD for 99 to match Best buys's. probably in lightning deals. That's what they hve done in the past. That's what I'm waiting for. I bought my daughters last year on a lightning deal. If you subscribe to amazon's facebook page, they will send notice of any sale. I got 25.00 off one last year due to that.

I'm getting my son the Zelda bundle that comes out next week at Best buy. It comes with a game. I will hve him look at these when he gets home. He is picky.

Each kindle has it's own case. YOu must find the one that says Kindle Fire HD previous generation, or you can look at hte size and see if they are the same. I have a kindle keyboard and my sons original kindle fire fits in it although it is loose. The old HD has a camera , the new one does not. My son hs the original kindle fire with 8gb, memory and he has not filled it up. He puts movies on it even.

I'm in Illinois and no tax here. I buy as much as I can from them.

There was confusion over the 2 policies last year also. People didin't get the difference between Christmas ad matching and price matching. THey should rename one of htem to be more clear.

There is no 8 inch fire. THere is an 8.9if that is what you mean. Best option is always to buy from amazon. I go on the amazon kindle forums every day and read and answer questions. If you buy from a store and have a problem, you have to go by that stores return policy. If you buy from amazon, you have until january 31 to return for refund if you aren't happy. If you have a problem they ship you a new one before you even send the old one back. I had one the next day.

I am LOVING this ad. This is one of my favorite stores anyway. I may have to go on thursday or early early friday to get some of those items.

I am wanting that kindle fire hd. I am told it is a better model than the current model as they removed the camera from teh new one. I am hoping amazon will match it and I will save another 10.00 on tax.

I would definitely go with the Kindlel Fire HD. My son loves his old fire. He watches Netflix, plays games, gets on the internet and has books on it along with his music. Nook is the worst customer service out there. You can't beat amazon's. I have had mine 3 years now and when I call with a problem they are great. Best buy will have one for 99 on black friday. I expect to see it in a lot of lightning deals, amaozn usually does that with older models.

I would stick with the kindle, they are the best ereader out there. Best buy is going to have last years Kindle Fire HD for 99. I am going to buy myself one even though I have a kindle ereader. I fyou want to just read books and nothing else, but a kindlel ereader and not a tablet. You can't read a book on your tablet in the sun, but you can on an ereader. THey have eink. I would get the Paperwhite kindle in that case. I just hope amazon matches the Best Buy price in some lightning deals. The new kindle fire hd is not an improvement on the old one.

I don't buy them. I refuse to give gift cards. I think it's impersonal and if that person can't think of something to buy me, I don't want anything. My oldest gives them all the time and I think it's a copout to going shopping. I can't help on them. My youngest who is 16 likes getting a few, but he likes the presents more.

Musicians friend is only place I buy musical instruments. THey sell the real thing for less than half retail. I bought my sons trumpet for school band there. It was the same model as everyone elses, only better. It was half waht they paid. I got a 1200 trumpet for 450. Giardinellis are there sister store.

you won't find them on sale from a dealer. I called North Face when I was looking for mine. THey told me the dealers are NOT allowed to put them on sale. North Face has 2 sales a year and that's it. If the store has a percent off purchase, you can get by with it, but that's the only way. I looked for months for mine before I discovered Sunnysports. They have inhouse specials. Mine was cheaper than any other place I found. It was current style where 6pm is always last years styles.

My granddaughters both asked for knee high boots. 7 and 9. Hope they have them to fit them
